This company was employed by our Home Warranty . We had a toilet, Jordan Johnson came out and took care of the matter. He worked to fix the circumstance. When any other plumbing problems happen my spouse and I'm quite pleased with the service, we'll use this provider again.
My son recently called them only last week for a principal line clog in his house that he just bought, I have been in the plumbing business for over 35 yrs along with a service plumber for over 20 yrs when he called me to let me understand what was going on in the house I did not even have to be there to understand he needed a principal line stoppage. I told my son you need snake the main drain and a plumber to come out.
This firm is the biggest rip off approximately BEWARE!!!
As long story short my son needed yet another co come out the next day and clean out the lineup and dig up the lineup and install clean outs for a lot of that was the labour part and $900. In all of my plumbing career I haven't seen a decent plumbing firm not have the gear to clear a principal line clog, should you not possess one of the tools to perform the job get out of the F___N! Company and quit ripping PEOPLE OFF!!!
And not to mention there invoice said the plumber dug to the top of the pipe 3FT he did not do SQUAT! Has far as digging.
I called to talk to the owner and said well why would you not run a bigger snake mach down the line with a cutter blade to tear out the roots so the drain was unclogged, he told me we do not have machines that do that kind of work, #1 then WHY IN THE HELL did you take the telephone over the phone in case you do not have the proper equipment to perform the DAMN JOB!
Well so he called this organization and the plumber came out and utilized a kitchen drain system to snake the lineup, after he pulled out a few roots he then charged him $250.00 to run a camera down the drain then gave him a estimate for $4100 to replace 3ft of cast iron pipe.
This plumbing business was dispatched on two pipes issues by Home Warranty for support to my home. Both issues where described in my first service request believing there would be no problems. The only issue he had was to accumulate the diagnosis that is deductible before even talking to me or giving me when service man arrived. incorporating more repairs with more 17, very impolite and his sole aim was to pressure me. Don't have the appropriate information on codes and what's grandfathered etc.. . I would NEVER RECOMMEND them nor use this business for any reason. Terrible!
Update to previous review:"Diyan" called me back the next day and informed me that there was a guarantee on the tank he set up and that he forgot to mention. He stated he left the registration paperwork near the tank (it was) but I informed him that I had already registered the product online. I appreciated his honesty and attempt to follow up.
