I could not be more happy!
I locked myself out and they came and drilled out my hard to drill deadbolt. It was nearly 9 pm and an emergency situation for me and they showed up quickly. Polite, professional, informative and very friendly.

Fantastic support. Very knowledgeable. Perfect task done. Reasonable prices. Best pricing compared to everyone else I predicted.
I have used him twice today for time for Range Rover and Audi.

The tech informed us the rest goes to this company and he gets 30% of what we pay. He also told us that previous customers of his own been outraged when finding out the cost and that the lowest would be $170-$175. The tech said its's due to their service charge and late night charge and blah blah blah.
This is where I become angry! To receive a key out?! To get a job that required him 2 minutes to do?! I got on the telephone immediately attempting to remain calm. After 10 minutes of calls back and forth, the cost went from $230 to $170. . .which is still too much for something as small as this. The car is a 2003 Toyota? It's not like it was a Benz.
I will say this was from 4 years back but I just remembered my service found this is their actual yelp page was. I am really shocked that they discovered how many flagged or fake reviews yelp has blocked from being exhibited since they're soliciting people to give positive reviews and possess 5 stars.
My boyfriend of the car, a mistake a lot of individuals make. We had been desperate and cold and it was late so we waited to locate a locksmith online. Found this place. Called and asked for a quote, as they state they provide, and was told the traveling charge after that it would depend to get out the keys and for the tech would be $39. Ok fine, we believed.
Upon his arrival, he sat in his car taking forever to gather up what seemed like items from a corner shop (oh, how fine you stop for snacks on your path into a job you are already severely late for!)
I believe that is still worth putting here in a sea 5 star reviews to determine if this has been addressed although Maybe they are under new ownership or maybe someone else experienced the Exact Same thing:
Seli,I appreciate your answer and based on the reviews would appear your organization has made some type of fantastic change. Thanks for providing insight to the hideous side of this industry. But what I do not understand is how the amount I called straight on your website at the time was somehow connected with a scamming company. There is no error or confusion that I left with your company's name versus one of a name, when I called, and the website still seems the specific same from 4 years back. The stars are not currently aligning here with how this could have possibly been any other firm but yours. As what is done is done, you don't need to respond to this. Just wanted to share my expertise and hope no one has that happen to them anywhere else or .
The reason I call it a SCAM is since the guy I called for a quote NEVER told us said fees! I was startled. The tech agreed that we ought to have been told. Obviously they do not inform you about stated fees because that is what scammers do to hook you. Comments can't be made by you and there are no reviews everywhere about this place at the moment. They say customers rate it and lie on their site 5 stars. There was no validation of this on their site. There is no address for them either? Where are they? We kept getting calls from them.
An important notice: The tech is really the one that gave it away that he suspected it would be decreased to $170 or $175 and that in general, $230 flat rate no matter what car is charged by this company. Please inform me that his guess was correct? Because it has happened before!

On top of that, you need to pay cash otherwise they bill%15 in case you use a card. Who carries that much cash? Thank God there was an ATM nearby otherwise the decrease would be as much as the initial cost.
The tech called us and said it'd require 15-35 mins for him to reach us. Cool. Not! The most unprofessional experience I've ever had. He said he came from another job and then he told us he arrived from San Ramon, where he resides. In both cases, he was a liar; it doesn't require an hour and a half to get from San Ramon to Brentwood to a late Saturday night and in case you are coming from a job, tell us the facts about how long it will take you!
An explanation would be appreciated.

This is the man. He arrived at my residence. He did the work for less than the other quotes I obtained. I had an excess challenge and he was there to help me. He did a fantastic job and I'm very grateful for the expert service and client services.

After the name of a rival, whose, I called All American. Within half an hour, I was phoned by the locksmith personally, supported his ETA, and then ACTUALLY showed up.
A few minutes later, I'm in my house, now ready to finally go to work.

Really great guy. He helped me out the first time that I locked my keys in the car. Came right away and gave me guidance on duplicating my keys, and programming, etc.,. I told him I'd keep him. Locked out myself a couple times later, then this past weekend, we dropped the key completely. Searched the house and it did not come up. I called the Ford dealership, and wasn't helped. They moved me to like 5 distinct sections, and only one section was able to provide some advice to me. The information they couldn't get me a new key since my car was older. NO HELP!
He spent only less than 30 minutes obtaining 2 alarm remotes and two keys when he came. Really nice guy. We tried to trick him to the service charge in addition, and he thankfully declined. So here is the trick. I highly recommend him. He knows what he's currently doing.
Anyways, I called All American Lock and Key, not knowing it was the guy that helped me. We requested for service when my husband came home. My grandparents phone wasn't receiving calls, so we were told by Nir he'd swing by again.

Nir saved my butt twice. The first time was when my ignition got stuck and I couldn't begin the engine. Nir was there and substituted the ignition assembly, though it poured rain. The second time was when the ignition got stuck when I was blocking other vehicles. He was able to get to my place within 45 minutes and fixed the problem, though it had nothing even though he had been really busy. He is also a guy that is personable.

HONESTLY, this organization is an incredible one. A single person, Nir, who does a very quick, complete, and professional occupation and really really knows his stuff run it. My car was a 2006 Lexus and he managed to make an extra key for it in minutes notice of my location and requirements. He is extremely cordial and courteous as well. I'm not certain why someone would give him a bad review based on my expertise. I bestow on him an. Call him !

It was 9pm on a Sunday night and the lock to our home broke into bits and the tumblers slid right out of the carriage. We were stuck outside, but fortunately we had our mobiles to do some research on who to call. Speedy look for 24 hr comparisons and locksmith about Yelp and I'm so relieved we picked All American Lock and Key. Mike matched to our keyset and replaced our lock , and came. The cost was not too painful, plus there is a prominent link on their website to get AAA reimbursement. This was really valuable info.

I had an extremely bizarre uncommon situation where a pair of car keys had been stolen of a buddy's vehicle which was parked in front of our flat I was suppose to take care of when they were on holiday. Because this is a super pressing matter, I called several areas but nobody had the chops to resolve this issue because of how new the Nir of the vehicle beside. In the middle of night, he came very timely on top accepting to help out us and didn't finish this job until 1am and still had a smile on his head and super friendly. Can't thank this guy enough! I hope this situation never occurs again but I definitely know who to call if it ever does.

Absolutely speedy and amazing support! I locked my keys my car. Not my smartest or moment. I thought since my insurance covers aid it wasn't a big deal but I was incorrect. They are slow and dont seem to care how long you're stuck. After begging for my insurance to hurry up and waiting for more than an hour, I decided to call these remarkable men and women. They saved me from waiting no more because of my own insurance and came easily and fast. Thanks so far!

We had an issue using our HOA and needed to have another entrance (sliding glass door) to our own unit within two days. We scrambled to locate someone who could put a lock on a sliding glass door and All American saved us. Nir was useful and responsive. He did not give up if he ran with our glass door that is tricky. He was able to complete the task before our HOA forced out us and came back the following day using the components. Nir, not all hero's wear capes is professional and a true specialist.

First word Excellent - Nir was so professional and he got me. He checked and was really favorable. I would use him again and strongly recommend his service. I just hope I don't have too. Lol

Some stole my keys into my 2015 Fiat 500c and a was not able to get a tow truck to tow as my car has been parked at a spot. Nar, disconnected the battery to deactivate the alarm. Took out the motherboard in order in an attempt to attempt to reprogram me a key. It was 11pm and decided it was best to continue tomorrow to look for a solution.
I called the dealership and it was told there wasn't any way to reprogram a key. I would need to obtain a 500 Electronic Control Board and also have it programmed in the dealership.
The mother board into my car has been disassembled and automobile battery as I was fearful that the person that the stole my car keys would be able to steal my car disconnected. This for me, was a daunting task as I had very limited mechanical or digital experience. Luckily, Nar managed to guide me about how best to reattach the automobile battery and the motherboard through the telephone. It felt like McGuyver was guiding me the way to defuse a bomb.
This was the dilemma I feared as my car was in a tight spot and not able to get it. Luckily, Nar managed to program me a key that although, would not be able to turn the ignition on, it might permit the car to turn on and in turn, allow me to unlock the steering wheel and then place the gear shift to Neutral and so, allow me and my friends to physically push the car from the tight parking spot to get a tow truck to come drop off my car into the dealership.

I can't say enough good things about the firm, her tech, and Seli. I was at a situation that was though and called on a Friday. The apartment's owner was out of town and that I helped with guests at the apartment next to me who are from out of the country. They locked themselves out, asked me and I went into yelp for advice. All American came up along with the reviews were 5 stars. I phoned Seli and reacted immediately with confirmation and she gave me detailed directions. I have never had such a good experience with any firm of any size or industry. This was a crisis and price was very fair. Professional, responsive, and quick. The locks were serviced within minutes and the guests were indoors in not time. The locks were not jeopardized and we could use the same keys for future usage.

Nir was my technicion who substituted my ignition within my 2000 Honda CR-V, which had been previously jammed and broken because of an attempted car break-in. Regrettably, my ignition was not easy to discover. Nir went out of his way to discover the replacement component that was affordable for me. Once he managed to find this part that was hard to find, he gave me a new key inside the hour installed it. Nir is awesome, type, and will go over and beyond to assist you. I was impressed and thankful that he put so much time and effort. Thanks Nir!

This man rocks. Straight back from LA and doh realized I left my keys in the hotel. Stayed calm although started to go into panic mode. Tried two areas that may not come to the airport before tomorrow and Monday respectively. Third call was the attraction. Nir into the rescue. Was there in 15 minutes at 10:00 p.m. no less. Totally cool man who understands his biz. Had me a new key made in 15 minute and incentive points for jump starting my car. Thing is that he is local.
