Restored my faith. Small, awesome place. The whole staff was helpful, especially James - every one of these experienced specialist and educated, and they had a sense of humor once I showed up right at closing time. Highest recommendation.

Made keys, plus they operate.
Much better than the hardware store down the street which tried and failed to make me secrets.
Store was cheap - roughly two bucks/key. This place was - roughly $5.50/key, but the keys are brass, not nickel, and - like I said previously - they operate. That is the part that is major.

Unlocked my door one day, and the lock tube came springs flying everywhere, with it if I pulled out the key. Called Allied Safe & Lock if they started the next morning, and Stephen talked me by removing the lock from the door so I could bring it and avoid a house call charge. Rely on it with him to reassemble, and he called to say it was ready an hour afterwards. Super simple, friendly support. Definitely will use them.

Helpful, friendly folks and a tiny store, just what I was looking for. I had a special key that no one else could help me out with, plus they had me set up and in my way in a just a few minutes. If I need key cutting or a locksmith edge, I'll undoubtedly know who to phone.

This system works for keys that match their templates. I googled for local locksmiths and found this place. I was on my way out the door, with a totally cut key. They exclaimed they have those key, when I said that Home Depot was not able to reduce my crucial. Since I had the key it only costed me.
Because Home Depot didn't have them, I ordered a unique key online. Following the blank key arrived in the email, I went to Home Depot to have the cut. That's when I learned they use"special" machines to cut the keys, hands off (i.e.-place the sterile and first keys to the system, press the start button, and presto!!! Duplicate key made).

These guys are fantastic. They are really knowledgeable about their product and will inform you when you're asking for the wrong thing instead of just ring up the sale. The building I reside in told me to visit a different fancier locksmith for my keys that were specialized. It maintained hours, the folks were doing you a favor and they gave keys that were awful to me !
Do not go anywhere else for keys. This is the real deal.

Solid location. You cover more than in a big box location, however you'll get what you want the time. My rating would improve, but for those people living in the area, you can't go wrong here.

Since they are near my house and there was one Yelp inspection, I'd Allied come over to repair a busted deadbolt lock . The locksmith was knowledgable and polite showed up in the time, and forced the repair. That is how it goes with locksmiths, I figure, although the bill seemed a little high. No real complaints.
