We utilized Alpha Lock for locks on the house. We're happy with the final outcome but had to go back and forth with the company on the details that we were quite clear on from the start. That which we originally had requested was not clear the day of setup. So we had to compromise. Something that should have been standard (what style of locks to deliver - appointment time, etc)by the number of positive reviews on yelp and by their online presence was not at our experience. I would advise anyone who utilizes this company to get all the details before going 20, and estimate on paper.

As a new homeowner I was concerned about who had the key to my front door. Luis came into my home after we changed our locks and closed. He was friendly and completed in a reasonable amount of time. When I need a locksmith I would call Alpha Lock and Key again! Thanks for coming so quickly.

I had a issue with the deadbolt on my front door. The owner was able to meet with me later, and had solved the issue before I was even half way home. We talked about solutions and he gave me a frank assessment of the way to solve my issue, laying effective approach. Because of this I saved myself some cash and I'll be happy to have him set up. I believe that you'll be happy also.

He had been nasty, when the man texted me three hours after he was supposed to be here, sarcasticAnd sent me a creepy picture of my home to try to intimidate me. Terrible behavior for a locksmith.

After some scheduling mishaps - partly my fault - in installing my Schlage Link Daniel came over and was very fast and methodical. He took the opportunity to call customer service and supported information about ordering the wink hub to control the lock. The lock came with a single key and provided to make an extra two keys for no charge. He is a good man with a business that is growing, a professional. Give him a shot.

I called for an estimate to repair my storm shutters, Daniel came and gave me a sensible estimate. He was hired by me and the following day he came & mended my shutters.

I had the unfortunate event of being locked from my vehicle and of course I had to contact a locksmith. I had experience with this firm. I explained my situation was quoted one cost upon arrival the gentleman billed me a lot more and had no idea. I attempted to clarify and that he was sarcastic rude and intimidating towards me. He made me feel since I am girl, I must not know what I am talking about. I wouldn't recommend this firm to anyone females. Very rude and condescending. Extremely pricey and poor client support

Really fantastic support! They replied right away. Got about 10 mins to me and charged half of what everyone else would have. I will definitely use them again for any of my security needs. They saved mybass big time today!

Top notch experience-tech was timely, kept the area clean, and pricing was both simple and predictable to understand. Other firms wanted to give me estimates once they were standing at my door. Alpha told me exactly what to expect before they even arrived. Will be a repeat customer.

The company could be great but I won't ever know. I can not believe someone would post a Facebook group for moms utilizing the passing of an 18 year old kid to sell lock services. Absolutely disgusting. Screenshot below.

We hired the locks to change in our home. The process took a very long time, although they had good communication and were friendly. My husband had to take some time off of work to go match the bus, and after two hours had to leave to return to work. I am sure most people cannot do so, although luckily my mother in law was able to remain the rest of the time.

Andrew & daniel were so fantastic. They booked an appt with me right away and gave me a price quote over the telephone (simply had to send them a picture of the ground protected ). Called when they explained what they were trying to do to start the secure, the wole moment and had been on the manner. And best of all, the price was very reasonable(I even had another business quote me almost 3 times what they charged me)

Completely unprofessional service when he prides himself. Who's he kidding? This firm is the biggest scam out when it comes to locksmith! Wouldn't rely on the work done as it neglects less than 24 hrs after being serviced.

I couldn't have had a better experience with this provider. I had several locks once I bought a new property, replaced. The owner is respectful and you could tell he's not out wanting to make a buck and he actually cares about the integrity of his or her company. They have the ability to come out to your home whenever youre accessible and are clean and efficient. They lock for free and installed a bedroom door Knob. I plan on using this business I have requirements. I would certainly recommend them.
