Thank you very much to Alpha & Omega Lock & Key. This business was recommended to me by AAA. I'd locked my house keys at the garage on a Sunday evening. They responded to my call immediately, gave me a quote for service on a Sunday evening (which can be a little more than the ceremony during the week, but still fair ) and came in less time than what was estimated over the phone. The quote given over the phone was.
This provider is friendly, dependable, and helpful and I booked an appointment to make a second set of keys.

I contacted Michael to Get a 2009 Altima to Get a problem with a FOB. Michael thank you it is appreciated.
However he appeared honest And knowledgeable. When I wanted this type of support I would call him again.
Over the phone he was very pleasant In the initial phone call and in person. As promised checked out my issue, he came over but sadly my car gets problems going on and he wasn't able to receive my keys working.

Company we had a situation for locks and keys at home. All gear and service was in his van.

Called while Michael was in the middle of some other job. True to his word he came he said he would. A plus in my book. Quite quick, friendly, reasonable and efficient. Fixed the door and made it more secure than it had been before he came. Michael even threw in certain keys once I said I had keys. I will definitely call again for services I may need. Will recommend him to my neighbors.

Michael is as awesome as it gets. My garage door was stuck closed following a power outage and I did not have the key for the doorway to reevaluate the system. Once the secret was made, he spent a whole lot of time helping me figure out the way to re-program my opener so it could work and opened the garage door for me. We figured out it with the support of a few telephone calls to one of his pals along with a Youtube how-to movie. I am rather impressed with his thoughtfulness AND support. I will recommend him every opportunity I get.

Missing the keys. Heard Mike has experience making keys for aircraft owners. Mike came out and at 15 minutes he made a key from scratch, and left me a pair of keys that were new.

Hello, cost in the town and the best service and ICE. After mishap of locks that were DIY style I locked off my door. I predicted within 30 mins and Alpha / Omega stink smith Tech, man was here. Quick as lightning, with enchanting grin plus discount my problems had been solved. Tech. Guy clarified my query. Not hurrying and NO home prices. I will call them and recommendations will probably be accomplished.

Alpha has helped me quite a few times through recent years. After I had a vehicle key worn would do the job. It was looked at by mike in Alpha and cut a new key by hand and it worked perfectly. He put into a keyless entry system for my work area door and Galen configured and installed using a camera security system for me. Should you need a locksmith these are the guys to call.

I've been using Michael using Omega, Alpha & for the last 3 decades. A Condo association is managed by me and we are regularly needing support on pool gates and laundry rooms and such. Happen to see his van and decided to offer him a phone. After our initial meeting and seeing the quality of job he does I need to worry about finding and locksmithing a trusted vendor. He has helped with a couple of vehicles, and all our storefront.

Was working for my minivan at the region and the secret stopped functioning. It was indicating I had a"damaged key" in my screen. I had a key that is fresh quickly and had been in a jam. I called AAA and they shipped out Michael. He came on scene fast within 15 min and was professional and friendly. He got right to work and within minutes I was ready to go. He programmed my remote quickly and was extremely happy with the service. The entire price was $260 which was really reasonable. Highly recommend. I don't reside in the region but when I did, would not be afraid to work with him. Great job! Thank you

Where much more realistic then other locksmith that we had used in the area he was courteous on the phone when I called to book the appointment his fee's. He came on-time and prompt. Installed and re-keyed brand new door bolt directly on site.

Came out within an hour. Was super fine and priced very well! He came to rekey our house door. 2 cylinders labor $65 and $36.

I called mike to retrieve a key in the ignition switch of the car of my dad. He showed up on time and has been very professional and friendly. Mike have a look and recommended installing a new ignition switch cylinder instead that spending money and the time regaining the key. He could see that the cylinder had been ruined by efforts by somebody. I followed his advise and purchased a new one and he came back a second time and set up the new cylinder even though he was active that day. Thank you for being honest, Mike and for doing a Wonderful job!!!
