This is A HUGE SCAM although it was a crisis lockout.
They said it was $120 for the service labour plus a charge card tax. They said it could be $180+ if they needed to use a drill and it turned out to be a conventional SIMPLE LOCK!!!
Then there were lots of others fees although they said it'd be 85 and the total was almost $180.
On top of the price that is crazy THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A LEGIT CREDIT CARD MACHINE! They took a piece of paper and scribbled on it to"create a copy". So unprofessional.
Needed a locksmith and they said it'd be 30 minutes along with the locksmith didn't arrive till 1 hour and 30 minutes later.
