This is a company that is horrible -- don't use them. They gave me a quote on the telephone and then charged $175 to drill out the lock because they weren't able to get in the lock. Once they destroyed the lock $194 later ($19 service fee ) we needed to go to Home Depot to replace the lock and may have removed the lock ourselves with a hand-held screw driver.
They claim to operate 24/7 but when I called at 2pm and set an appointment at 5pm. Nobody arrived. I waited half an hour, then called and they told me he is on his way and he left. A couple of minutes after I receive a call 45 minutes. I call again at nobody replies and 6:15. I get a call from the office we have to cancel and that he can't make it.
