I called amerikey to get my 2009 Kia Sportage unlocked in CO after my son locked my keys in the car. I advised the customer service representative precisely the year, make, and model of my motor vehicle. I agree and waited 30 minutes for the technician to arrive. When he came he tells me it'd be $175 as a result of the sort of vehicle I have. Or I will leave and you'll pay $35 for the service call." I wanted my car but that is a huge bait & switch. No customer service service at all, lousy service, lousy attitude. Spoke to their customer service representative and he was futile. I would if I could leave negative stars.
