Jeremiah from AMI Locksmith was incredibly knowledgable and professional when I locked my keys. He showed up to my place and upon visiting my car knew immediately that it wouldn't be as straightforward as we had hoped. He brought upon his profound understanding (15 years in the sector ) and managed to trouble shoot the additional car alarm lock problem very efficiently. He leveraged his tools to get a code to earn a secret and I was out of there just 40 minutes after I had made the call for him to come. I recommend his services and will use him again later on if I find myself out in a lock!

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews here. Jeremiah, the owner, showed up promptly and was very reasonable from the get go. I was in a rush and lost the key. He made me a secret at my house, walking through the process. Additionally I was ordered by him a key fob as a spare while accommodating my schedule that the day it arrived. There was no up-selling or taking advantage of at the least little bit. He was very reasonably priced (especially compared to the trader ). I'd recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Thumbs up! I scheduled an appointment and found it essential to get the services earlier due to situation. Jeremiah was in answering the phone and monitoring some thing within hours of the call quite efficient. Was efficient, quite pleasant and even helped a neighbor who watched him being at my location. I was quite impressed. The cost quoted over the phone was what I was charged and they could provide me the range of keys I wanted! Saved me money and time for copies. Keep up the fantastic service!!

LOOK ELSEWHERE. I called because of a car lockout. The tech known as 5 minutes later and said it would be 30 minutes. After 45 seconds, the tech finally showed up and charged me $165, despite the fact that their website says"$45 and up" For my two-door Toyota??
And then the positive review is from someone named Jeromy. Real stealthy job trying to boost your own Yelp testimonials, AMI.
Following the tech had left to whine about the price increase I called. The guy on the phone said it had been my fault, because"you didn't tell us exactly what sort of vehicle you have, therefore we didn't give you a quote. We do not know which tools to bring unless you inform us exactly what sort of vehicle you have." WHAT? Nobody had asked me what kind of car I had - not the guy I talked to when I made the call, and not the tech when he called with his ETA. Plus, if before they are able to perform their job they need to understand what kind of car I've, should not THEY have asked ME?
Bottom line: They will take advantage of you and jack up the price, because they understand you're in a rush and have choices. So I will never have to deal with these cheaters 19, I finished signing up for AAA.

*NEGOTIATE BEFORE PAYING*Obviously frustrated, I stated that we were eager to pay over the $ 65 initial quote and not a penny. The cost dropped. We planned spend with suggestion, so that's exactly what we ended up giving the tech.
Within 15 seconds of coming, the tech quoted $145! Big difference begin to finish.
The technician suggested I call the office to verify the quotation, but not before firing off a text message. No doubt that a heads up to his boss that their match wasn't going well. Over the telephone was a lot of"blah, blah, blah."
Be extremely cautious before using this support! They will hustle you out of every penny.
We would have asked support if we had been told $145 over the telephone. The door needed to be opened no matter costs. There was no need for the bait and switch tactic.
Awful enterprise.

They quoted me 18 min and made it. Considerate and kind, they got me in to my house. I felt as though it was a bit pricey, however when I thought it wasn't working 40, they did arrive very quickly considering it was rush hour and came back another day to confirm the lock. Very positive experience have been.

I had a very fantastic experience with all the AMI locksmith. He was able to create another RAV4 key for me, which can be tricky because of the numerous crucial types/codes/chip and the remote lock attribute mixtures Toyota has produced. The world wide web is littered with poor experiences getting this crucial created, but mine works--thanks to the skills of the guy.

My garage keypad expired and I had to get in my car for my garage door opener. I have done a quick Google search and those guys came up, when I contacted that I assume was the proprietor and the locksmith could call me. The locksmith contacted me explained he was on a job and as promised and could be finished. He then said he'd be there in 30, therefore after being assured 30 minute service an hour total wait. I had both of my dogs out on a walk along with the temperatures were below 50°. I named the locksmith back after he did not appear at the 30 second time frame he explained he would because he said he was in visitors, total wait from when I contacted them till they actually came was 90 minutes in which point he tried to charge me $200 to unlock a'01 Civic. I understood the procedure where they understood the service shouldn't go for more the 45 and use to unlock cars. I told the guy there wasn't an opportunity I was paying him $200 so he tried to negotiate it to $175 at which time I told him I'll pay him $100 or he could leave my home to which he agreed but only after attempting to get me to pay cash which I refused. Look somewhere else prior to being cheated by these people that are unethical. Everyone's trying to get theres.

Finding services that are great these days can be a real challenge as you understand. My experience was all positive I need to say. Mr. Jeromy is a gentleman who knows his craft well; he reflects it by being not just efficient but functioning together with precision in your mind. Yes, Iutilize his services and'd urge him to a buddy.

The price that was quoted on the phone wasn't the price. It took over an hour to the technician to arrive (I had been told it would just be 10 and after phoning 45 minutes later was informed that I wasn't available when the technician came ) and if they did arrive they were rude and indignant. Furthermore, the company tried to double charge me because I"did not answer my phone." When I asked to speak to the tech I had been told he was occupied so that the"not available" excuse was clearly a farce. Don't use this company! DO NOT give them your business. Don't be fooled!

Way overpriced! Waited for over a hour! Don't use this company for emergency lockouts.
