Their in support instruction that you can do in the comfort of your home does not work with the Windows 7 operating system. I've emailed them and they refuse to answer to give me my $80 refund. I've a Windows 7 operating platform which doesn't permit me to take the class for PI. I've emailed: ddsta@ddsta.com and haven't gotten an answer. Another training academy will be used by me from now on. Beware of the place.
