AMP Master Lock & Key Multi-Service

Little shop with parking out front. Keys were 2 each (that I thought was a bargain bargain!) And he made them say under 3-4 minutes. I went to buy a dog key that was picture but sadly they were out:-LRB-. It was neat to be inside, I could not quit thinking about the Keymaster from the Matrix lol. I told me about being a locksmith at one point in my entire life that I thought.
Saw a review on maps and swung by today. I needed 2 copies all my 3 house keys. Called in when they did keys and asked, the man said yes. Asked if it was same day it would take and he explained 1-2 minutes every key.
I finally have a set of keys for myself )

Asked if they could replace the ignition because I had been left stranded. He explained and we agreed that I would text him the address. I text the address and got no reply. Text asking no reply and if he was able to come. Called, went straight to voicemail. Very unprofessional to leave somebody.

Not sure why these guys aren't rated Marco came out instantly, re keyed 2 locks, switched out a lock to get a normal bolt that is . He did an awesome job and was out in less than 30 mins

Desired an emergency to open our door. Placed a call to Marco and he showed up with 15-20 mins. Got our door open and replaced our knob out. He finished and did an superb job. Will use him again.

When there was any means I would. Showed up at my lunch about 12:05 called the man for him to let me"ok wait 10-15 minutes someone will be there" remained till 12:45 and telephoned him multiple times with no answer. Do not give your service , better off requesting a person to Create a copy of your key with their palms, trash business

Very impolite owner. Since yesterday the man was telling me to meet me at 10am then 10:30 then 11 currently 12. It's now and 12:35 not here. Because I am from Orange County, I am forced to wait but now he's blowing my calls. This piece of shit gives service remain away!

Very impolite and grumpy owner. He has to be good at what he does as he has been in company. Price are higher that competitors and he doesn't provide guarantee

The guy wasnt there. Waited 15 mins cost to decrease s never, key & program it. BIG RIP OFF! STAY AWAY!

I needed to rekey my cupboard and they have been on helpful and time. Places I called, in relation to the issue, gave me the cost. I got along well with son and the proprietor.

I seen on yelp he opens at so I head over there and guess what? HE'S CLOSED! I constantly show up with out calling and usually look for places on yelp, but I have learned my lesson. HORRIBLE PLACE!

Horrible support! Called since I left my keys. The worker had no idea what he do. He told me that I had been capable of opening my door without his help. He had been professional, did not have a door to start. I couldn't believe my eyes he had been using a metal hanger. My neighbors came to assist him. Dollars ever spend. My neighbor ended up opening door. If u want a locksmith I recommend you look for a different company, please. Extremely had to cover this support that is horrible.

Terrible. Owner is sleeping when I actually gets grumpy and move when you opt to wake up him. I won't ever go back!!
