This firm was a mess to deal with from top to base. I called in on an office building for service, and has been pushed around from department to department as to when service could appear, with no answer. 5 days while I was off site, the technician called saying he was 20 minutes out of our office, which meant I needed to cancel my assembly. Took him two trips to fix our issue we needed to have an electrician gift because he could not perform the task himself, and then he left we found that the machine still wasn't working.
It's a key card entry system, therefore we did not know there was a problem until after business hours. After we known to have it is serviced by them we were told we would be called by another technician back. This took 3 days. When he did find time to phone back us, it was to incorrectly inform us that he wanted permission to work on the machine (he did not ). Resolve the issue and he refused to come out.

I bring the very small piece of broken key bit in, hand it to a guy behind the counter, and he walks down this very long wall of blanks, RIGHT TO the right one, without looking around or comparing them to heaps before eventually finding the right one, makes me keys.
I worked the part of the key out of the lock using a pick, also brought it to Anderson Lock, viewing the photo of the huge wall of important blanks on their website, and also because I have had satisfactory job done by them in the past. If anyone has a lock that is blank with this old vintage, created in DENMARK, I figure, they will.
I got a vintage Mid-Century Modern Teakwood file cabinet for real cheap, because the lock did not work as the key broke off and was stuck in the lock.
I doubt I would have had this achievement in the region at any other locksmith.
When it produced in the USA, and was a recent cabinet, I could understand this, however a Mid-Century Modern cabinet Made in Denmark?
I am very thankful they are still around these years and adore this place!

The technician went to work after he understood what I needed and came on time. He clarified what he'd do and how, and if I consented. Then he made a couple of suggestions on a cellar door lockset to boost safety and performed the work. Very satisfied caliber, with response and will use them again. I purchase and rehab a few properties per year and want the support.

This place is the top... Adam went over and beyond the call of responsibility and anticipation in solving my dilemma. With key vendors and locksmiths we have tons of communications as a property manager but not this excellent. I'll use Anderson Lock for all my possessions needs. Thanks again guys.

Superb knowledgeable and friendly staff and a wide choice of locks lock parts and doors. It will be ordered by them. I use them companies needs. They are where the experts go when they need a pro. I wouldn't use anyone else. No one comes close.

I didn't store , I called about getting duplicates of a key to my own car and they do not do car crucial copies. Hard to rate a lock smith highly when they do do car keys. 1/2 service lock smith.

I've a bungalow with a lot of the original door-locking hardware. I had a problem with my style lock. I removed the assembly in the door and required it into Anderson Lock. They rekeyed the cylinder so I could use the keys that are and avoid printing duplicate keys for everybody. The difficulty was the knob it kept whirling, where the set-screw was had worn right; they gave me new hardware to fix that.

They lie around being able to return something. Shop anywhere else but these people.

Excellent service everytime Ive stopped in or called. They can get anything done and have a massive selection. We use them for our industrial properties all of the time. I get my keys cut , never had chance with home depot etc functioning right. Highly recommend!!!

Simply the best service. I had been in city and had to replace a deadbolt for my own mother. I received the service from Adam and Tom! They gave me a tutorial and I got the job done with only one follow up call!

This place rocks. We had two door locks, together with deadbolts. Jim, the estimator, came out in a snowstorm to review our needs. The locksmith, Gordon, did an absolutely perfect job. He had the job and was on time. Very highly recommended.

(Yes, it's possible to find more affordable parts at other major hardware stores. But, you must rememberthis is a high end store with quality components )
To that which resembles ANY key ever produced, They're also able to make duplicate keys. About creating a duplicate of a Master pad lock essential, I asked, they said they could do it.
Stopped in to find hardware needed for a commercial property. I needed a lock mechanism an electric strike and door switch. Were destroyed.
You require a number and wait to be helped. The wait was not long. They have got more than four partners helping folks. Was able to what I wanted to offer some alternatives. What could've cost me about $300 bucks per set of hardware, turned to about $220 bucks for 2 sets. He also mentioned the locks/handles were reversible to allow for abandoned hand/right hand. He explained how to put up this, I had a appearance that was poor, therefore he did it for me.
They have.
If needed, he mentioned in the future, I might call and have them send someone outside to take a quote. Whether for parts or service too.

I've utilized Anderson for also the have NEVER and decades defeated. I needed a couple quality deadbolts and they spent a good 15 minutes explaining everything, finding just what I needed and asking questions. From keyed alike padlocks to replicate keys they have everything and their service is outstanding!!
