Let me tell you, he is not professional, He came 30 minutes , while I waited, I phoned him few times, he didn't answer. I needed to await extra 30 minutes, not knowing. He gave me a glance that he do me a favor, when he came by. The key broke in half after two weeks later. I have charged $120 for crap key. He would not guarantee his job.

While in the car my husband secured our only set of car keys on holiday. Being from out of town we had no idea what to do or who to call. Found Art on Yelp and called him. He made a very stressful position. He had been to help us. Thank you Art!

This Family run performance is a pleasure. Their appointments are kept by them; they return their requirements; they maintain the customer apprised of the status of order parts and do all of this until conclusion of the job. Quite reasonable down-to-earth and easy to do business with. Highly recommended. .

Art helped me get into my house once I lost my key! He was very professional and his price was very honest. It's unbelievably stressful to realize that you do not have your key at 11pm on a Friday and Art came out in under 30 minutes and made the experience as painless as possible! I would highly recommend him!

Customer support is difficult to come by these days. I did not realize till it was time to leave last thing I wanted, my destination, was locked out of my car that my keys were locked in my car. Researched a few locksmiths, spoke undoubtedly the nicest one I had spoken to, was, with Art and a few. Told him I needed to get going as soon as possible and was in a bit of a pickel. He came within a few minutes, and got me . On top of the customer service he provided, !! was AMAZING Art would be recommended by Entirely. Thank you Art's Mobile Locksmith:)

All I will say is thanks to Art for saving my family's holiday. We're using my friends holiday house in Genoa and also like a dumb sh!t I locked us out. I circled the home while my wife insisted on calling a locksmith on breaking a window debating. Art showed up and she won and saved. Costs and response time frees a window being replaced by me on a holiday weekend. Thank you, THANK YOU!

What a wonderful locksmith! I was locked out of my vehicle. I just happened to look in my phone for a locksmith on Yelp. I found many of great reviews. So I called him & with in 5 to 7 mins he was there! I believed he'd charge a lot. . .But to my surprise that it was much less than we've heard others charge. Thank you Art! You were professional & all I wanted is to get back to Sacramento!

I was passing through Nevada and I locked my keys in my car. So I find Art's mobile locksmith on Google and call him to get me in my car. What do you know, no answer. In gardnerville Artwork was busy as what I believed the sole mobile locksmith I figured. So I will give him 15 minutes I called. I begin to search for another mobile locksmith when Art says that he could be outside in about 30 minutes to get a service fee and himself calls. I reluctantly agreed and waited. As a half hour approached Art called and stated he couldn't be there for another half hour. I left the best of this by munchin on a hamburger playing angry birds when I look up an hour later( yes Art took 1-1/2 hours for Art to get to me off the highway. I inform him also and I locked the keys show him that the keys onto the dashboard. He looks at his clipboard and tells me to wait ( uhh I'm locked out, I'm not going anywhere until you put me in my car.) He called someone as he was on the phone with a person and walked back to his car. After being twice as long to get to me and ignorong me he says. I need $100 to get you. I'm blown away that he has the guts to ask for money upfront. I reluctantly give him $100 bill and ask him to please open the door, figuring it'd have a proffesional no opportunity to start a american car that is cheap. He scraped my door for a minute then looks up and tells me"Why did not you inform me it was 2013? These all have codes in the dealer, I can't open it with no code." I'm beside myself and concede this was not going to workout and I will call Chevy dealership and have them send their truck to open up the door. Art apologizes and leaves. They send a kid out that has been there immediately and I call winner chevy in Reno and he was no longer than two minutes to open my door and present my own keys. I was eventually off 4 hours later and $100 poorer. I believe if Art answered his phone the first time and explained he couldn't help, I'd have been in and out of Gardnerville soon , from then on every time I hear gardnerville I believe of Art and his greedy, company he treats individuals in messed up scenarios such as he is doung a favor by squandering your time. Please l. If you require a locksmith to visit you make sure to steer clear of Arts locksmith. Sanity and fiscal.
