I called and talked with James. Was given quote over telephone and scheduled a visit for the next moment. James was there on the job was taken care of quickly and economically. Locks work good.
I had called around and found their scheduling very easy and their prices very fair. I attained James on my telephone call. I swear I am still waiting to call me back!
Had an pleasant and easy experience.

This wasn't a true emergency, however, Jim quoted $55.00 and came within an hour. He was effective obtaining the key out of the lock and opening the cabinet. Jim was professional and polite and we highly recommend him.
