Ricardo was very wonderful. I had mailbox key and a house key. Lost it! Super fast and efficient!
BEWARE!! I'm stuck in a horrible situation and the owner doesn't respond. He delivered an tech to work on the lock of my safe. The young guy did not fix it, locked my safe, and couldn't get back it . He tried to drill it it was apparent that he did not know what he was doing and I stopped him. After several phone calls Joe Capuozzo (owner/manager? So I was advised ) answered the phone. He acknowledged the mistake and said he would contact the safe company for the information and send his"safe guy" out to fix it. After 5 times my safe is still locked and Joe doesn't answer phone. Highly unprofessional !!!!
I didn't even use their support and I'm giving 5 stars to them. I called for an issue - they walked me through the issue and had been fair. They explained that if they showed up to correct the issue the service cost could be disproportionate to the issue. I will use ASAP from the near - eventually they'll get my cash. Psychotherapy, patience, and experience.
Top it off, go to another locksmith in Miramar and same key I purchased there is 3.75 and I have receipt to prove it. Just how could it be 15.00 over there to get a fundamental rubber key with no chip?
I say 2 errors does not error its blueprint --two errors = switch and bait!!!
If I could Could give zero stars. Stay away, far away unless you like being lied to and cheated.
Overview --different prices on different times and even exactly the same day and then (within a week of each other) --Prices seem to change as the wind blows, 15.00 bucks to get a 3.75 key (two of them) and if you add it up you get=Lie1 + Lie2 = bait and switch. The man running the shop pleads ignorance because its an honest error in pricing, but somehow between the time that he quotes you and the time you cover, he knows the cost quoted is incorrect...I call BS!!
Called for key cost for Hyundai, non-chip. Price was 10. Get there cost goes to 15. Ok, Honest error I take it as. While there, ask about programming to get a keyfob for car. If I bring the fob told 30. Order keyfob and bring it same man says 65. I say you told me 30 final week to my face, and you also told me key was 10 on telephone but when I receive here it was 15. He says honest error:

I purchased from them MEDECO security locks. They set up they would like to charge each opportunity to come out and fix their setup and the locks and one keeps coming. I eventually hired yet another locksmith perform do the work and will sue them to recover the cost. Since they don't care about the consumers or the work product I would not use this business.
Ask for Alex & Ryan anytime you go visit them. Very professional and friendly.

Always helpful locksmith in the area. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Newer let me and I use them quite frequently. Great support.
I would if committing zero was a choice. Called these 3 times just to be constantly jerked around on how much time it could take to arrive. After being told it could just be 20-30 mins after an hour and a half never showed. Then they do not answer the phone when you call. Never again.
Great and fast service!!!! This is somewhere to go Should a key is needed by you. Huge variety of any options plus you do not need to waste any time just like in a store like Walmart
Bought a used auto and it came with one remote. I came here to get a new car remote and they also made me a new key. Good and super staff results. At first when they programmed their new remote with didn't work. But that wasn't a problem they fixed it in 10 minutes and we moved back no additional fees.
Stopped for lockbox. Just a little pricy but the only place around to get them available right away. Fantastic services.
These guys know their organization. I have had them make keys replace locks in mailboxes and doors. They offered me excellent service at reasonable prices. Unlike locksmith listings, this can be a true, honest organization.
