Wow! In retrospect im am so thankful that I dont even have a contract together. If God forbid there was a large issue I wouldn't be able to communicate together. Or how about if I was having a bad day? I may not set up with this guy and my day would be worse. Im glad im at a fantastic place menally.
I phoned ASAP to cancel the Sunday appointment to come back and check the plumbing.
I said does Billy function for you? Yes, he is the master plumber, he explained.
That the tenants conducted the kitchen drain and the water backed up.
Joe interrupts me and says you gave your supervisor"full authority" to make all decesions. I said he is my supervisor and satisfies contractors but doesn't have jurisdiction." He interrupts me.
I got on Yelp Tuesday 1.22.19 and delivered multiple quote requests. Looking to locate a plumber to fix a leak at a kitchen drain which was leaking into a master tub along with the cellar leak into the ceiling in living room. . It's a rental property so I have a supervisor helping me to meet contractors . .
I said it was snaked by him , right before my supervisor. There's no reason fo my supervisor to lie.
We need to find someone ASAP we said. And laughed.
This guy was the complete opposite of meeting and customer support your customers demands.
The master bathroom had a tile if we re secure and staining the tile it needs to be good to go and Starz said.

Sarzz pipes said the flow was out of the trunk up drain along with the pipes were nice in the kitchen.
We did not charge you anything!
I said the drain started backing up.
Thursday afternoon Starz Plumbing followed up with a telephone call and asked if everything was cared for if not they could have somebody out this afternoon. I asked what time? 45 minutes, he explained. I said yes !
They resnaked it and came out. Apparently ASAP pipes only went only 25 feet based on my supervisor. Who knows, perhaps there was a second recourse? (No ones perfect.)
I scheduled for Thursday afternoon and called pipes.
I said "why?" "They dont have the time to do anything until then."
He then raised his voice saying,"I dont have some paperwork! We did not charge you anything!" I said, why are you raising your voice? He got. I said you're making this bigger than it is. He got. If hes having lousy 7, I asked? He explained the two words that begin with F and end with U. I said are you serious. And as I refused to become angry he cussed longer and more. I told him"I love you and that I hope your day gets better." I literally hung him up while he yelled at me. I wish him well.
Hello my name is Brent that I wish to cancel a scheduled appointment for Sunday. I advised him I had it done as soon as possible in all he did was snake the line and said he'd come back in 4 days which didn't assist us we have 6 people who reside couldnt and thete wait.
ASAP pipes was the 1st company set up the appointment for the next day and to call me back. So I went together. They snaked the kitchen drain and informed my supervisor they will be back on Sunday 4 days after to see where the leaks are coming from.
stay away. I hate leaving poor reviews. The proprietor cussed at me and spoke over me.
My supervisor called me and said it was snaked by them aren't coming back until Sunday.

I then told him the Plumbline guy practically fell over in disbelief and that ASAP could not mend my polybutylene leak. My leak was fixed by plumbline in about thirty minutes, replaced the polybutylene with material that was some far better.
When I detected some dripping in the upstairs tub in my kitchen, I phoned ASAP, they came and said, just recaulk the faucet, no big deal. Wow! Thanks! I recaulked feeling great. However, the leak came back
So I say, unless you want to feel as if they're being totally bothered by you, don't even bother calling these guys. Telephone Plumbline.
I called Plumbline, who made an emergency trip to my home and was here within minutes. Talking to the plumber, he began laughing in my story and could not think how that guy from ASAP left me hanging!
So these guys arrive to my home again, which has a pipe. The guy looks up to the hole I've opened up in the kitchen ceiling, says,"sorry can't help you. That is polybutylene and it's a Colorado Class Action". I'm like OK what exactly does that mean. He responds,"I told you all I will tell you. Sorry". He responded that I need to have get the pipes replaced throughout the house. He also suggested that I search Google for a DIY video. And ... he just... leaves!!!
Within minutes of him leaving, the leak becomes worse, starts to spray. I'm new in this home, no plumbing experience, so that I call him back, so distressed,"Hey could you at least help me get the water turned off? I really don't understand how to get it done!" . Imagine me standing water spraying to my kitchen, . "No, sorry can't do that. Look for a valve in the front of the home". So these guys won't even help and all I asked for at this stage was help turning my own water off!

I tried to get some general pricing but the individual who replied wanted to come out and view it. I said that's fine but will you give me an idea how much it would cost looking for a range. He explained that I would not know because I am not a plumber and got rude. I told him I was leaving a lousy yelp review for him responded by stating,"oooh that's going to harm".

Clogged bathroom. Tot confessed to throwing and flushing (become toothbrush and washcloth). Response for quote happened within 40 mins. Day scheduled support. Billy affirmed upper estimate and lower right away. Snake was successful and done at reduced, sub hourly, speed agreed. Boom. Thanks ASAP!

I'm far too incompetent to perform a plumbing task. Billy came out the same day I knocked out it called, charged me a very reasonable rate and was friendly and professional. Next time I'm stymied by my pipes, I know who I'm calling!!

Sewer and ASAP plumbing have gotten me. This is a family owned and operated company . They're extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and their rates are extremely affordable.
