Hurricane does it! Let there be no doubt that this is the ideal place to call for any drain issues you may have. Running a drain washing machine demands experience. Do not do yourself. I had Vladimir do my job and he knows his stuff.
Hurricane is exceptional. Always answer the telephone immediately, easy to get an appointment, and you receive a call when someone is in their way. Jose was my guy and I am rather sad that that I discovered a plumber! Hurricane is strongly recommended by me. They know what they're doing and their prices are fair.
My main issue is the cost. He did inform me the cost would be $188/hr + materials. The total ended up costing $270. So that means components price $82 which seems somewhat high for less than a foot of a copper connection, a copper elbow, along with copper pipe.
Desired some soldering and de-soldering done. The man that came to the house was fine, clever, and fast. . .no qualms with his work.
Called at 6 am and someone was there by 10 about the day after New Year's Day. $160 to clean a clogged drain. Happy to have the issue.
Shawn was fantastic. The sole reason is because I don't have any idea if the pricing was good or not? It looked kind of large, but I have nothing to compare it .
Yay - Omar! Enthusiastically recommend.
Omar did a fantastic job in repairing the problem getting here quickly, and offering a long-term solution to end our issues that are recurring.
Omar arrived at my house today before 9:00 am on our (non-emergency) call. He very quickly snaked our line, and got us access to running water again (yay). He offered additional options to diagnose our problem, showed me what the recurring issue was, and supplied a quote to put this issue permanently behind us. In addition, he took a while to look at some other plumbing issues we have, among which we'll most likely have them fix another time (and another that I can originally mend myself, realizing that Hurricane Drain could step in if it gets too much for me to manage ).
Ever have one of those experiences where you dread the plumber coming, but wind up glad you have to make certain to give credit where due?
We had other technicians out formerly who did not repair the problem as fast, took longer to get here, and honestly charged us more for their mistakes (snaking here, snaking there...). One had to come back three times before the line was apparent, albeit for less than a year.
I live in Denver and about a Sunday night encountered a sewer line. Normally I find the roots out of the clay pipe and rent the line cleaner. This time I didn't want to perform it. Monday morning I phoned to schedule an appointment. They advised me that they might have somebody over between 11-1. The men had the sewer and showed up at 1130. They were professional, friendly, and fast. The price was $186 using a 30 day warranty.
I had been really pleased! They came to my rescue later I tried and failed to utilize an auger myself and repair toilet. Cost and arrived when others could not.
But had them out 6 months ago for a slow toilet drain and it began again . This time I chose to look at itself and was able to fix it in 15 minutes, saving myself 300. I even asked the technician what appear to be the problem and all he would give me was an response, even though obviously it was a fix for someone with NO plumbing encounter. $300 for 15 minutes? Certainly I got into the profession.
In retrospect two other things specifically irked me about the visit 6 months ago - they cost a $13 fuel charge even though I live less than 3 kilometers in their workplace AND I had been billed $50 for a supposed temporary fix to the sink pop that I'm guessing from looking at the pop-up included with a 50 cent spacer. Sounds like a lack of integrity, not what you'd expect to have from a professional.
Customer service! Thank you Vladamir along with the team at Hurricane Drain for customer service that is exceptional. They were here within an hour and I called the store and had the empty. Party begins in an hour!!! Phew! Thank you!!!!!
I had a sewage issue, a tub problem, and a drain difficulty. They were fixed by these guys all! Unbelievably reasonably pricing.
Honest. My plumbers for lifetime! No need to look anywhere else.
My kitchen drain was clogged and that I predict Hurricane. They arrived in half an hour did a fantastic job. Vladimir, was professional and courteous, clean worker. This is actually the first time. I have lived 18 years in Denver and I found my plumbing firm.
Clogged drain Last time I rented a system for 4 hours and it cost me about 75 bucks. But it was a heavy to load to and from Home Depot. Plus a hassle.
I had been happy w the excess money and the ceremony spent was worth saving the time and back pain.
I predicted at 7am they arrived at noon Same day.
Before they came which stored 80 dollars bathroom was eliminated by me. Job was completed in 35 minutes
Tech was professional friendly and incredibly efficient.
Cost 165 for first hour for Cable router
They came instantly when we had flood in our basement and couldn't use our bathroom and or washing machine. The situation was much more difficult than anticipated and they ended up giving us a great thing. We'll surely use them again!
Kitchen sink was backing up, needed a trusted plumber within a day. Called two smaller companies that were rated very high on Yelp, but they weren't available for several days. (I guess this just goes to show they have plenty of demand for their services!)
Hurricane Drain was professional, fast, and reasonably priced. Would use them again.
The weekend before Thanksgiving, my wife finds water leaking into (and from ) the cupboard under the sink. It seemed to getting on it from a garbage disposal with a Hurricane Drain sticker. Normally, I would replace itself, but I am on crutches for a broken foot. So we called them. They replaced the disposal and came out. The entire thing took less than one hour. The service guy was fine. I spent more than I would have enjoyed, however, no complaints overall.
Two stars to be friendly and prompt. For leaving me with a brand new leak two celebrities. Now I am off to crutch around Home Depot to find a replacement drain hose.
The following day, the dishwasher ran. When it emptied into the new disposal, we have more water and out. The morning after, the service guy was back. He confirmed that the flow was from a fracture at the drain hose which runs into the disposal from the dishwasher. He confessed that it may have broke when he installed the new disposal; but said that those things really go bad, he did not have the part, and it would take less time to an appliance guy. So I need to call an appliance repair guy.
I can not rave enough about how lovely Juan and Sean are! Juan is constantly effective, polite and just down right pleasant and has been more than once to fix things. We recently redid out kitchen and contains several issues (with the remodeling individuals ) and Sean came out more than once to fix things they're messed up. He came within a couple of hours of me phoning. I had been recommended Hurricane from a friend and will never ship my business elsewhere!
Hurricane reimbursed my charges after reviewing my concerns with the support supplied and I appreciate them doing the proper thing.
Only got a response to my rant from Hurricane - 6 weeks later! Happy to see that their responsiveness has stayed consistent. I really don't know who this guy is their head cheerleader. He never offered to talk back when this was an ongoing issue. I'll leave revisionist history and the memory to be judged with Yelpers. Forewarned is forearmed.
Hurricane Drain delivered a group member out to remedy the problem and got in touch with us. They discovered roots and were very professional about our frustrations. Thank you HD!
