Can't say anything about prices or the service, but I called to have somebody sent out to divert my door. We needed ASAP was unlocked by the door and had family over. The guy who answered said the tech is on a service call but will call us back soon when I called. He never called back. Luckily I achieved to a different company andn't waited on those guys to call me back .

That I got my daughter out of the car, although I am not certain how it happened. Got her indoors and I turned around to get my purse, diaper bag, supermarkets.... The automobile was locked with everything inside Tried to call my significant other, no answer (his job does not allow him answer his phone) sooooo I had no idea what to do! I called some folks and googled of course but they left me very uncomfortable, and also to be coming to my house I had been horrified, when they phoned me back. I told him exactly what was going on he made me feel at ease, and joe called me back, I do not trust people. He got to my house and it was done in 5min!

Not sure if I can review Help as I did not spend any money together. That is because when I called Joe and told me I had done as much as I could, and that my lock had basically exploded inside my door, '' he asked me to send a picture. He called me back about 5 minutes later and explained that he would be out the next day, but I had come with what I had done that he could probably talk me so far. He explained what I had to do in and next about 15 minutes, I had resolved the problem. A good deal of service folks charge me for an hour service call and would have understood that I had it fixed but still appear. I can guarantee you that Joe will receive my paying job that is next.

Highly Recommend - we had to have of the locks rekeyed in our brand new house. I was asked if they had a referral to get a locksmith and at the hardware store nearby. Joe gave me his cost up front and that he certainly offers a great service for a reasonable price. Job finished and we were very happy with his work.

We bought a house and wanted doorways rekeyed. My wife contacted Joe and Assist Locksmith was quoted a very reasonable price and quite agreeable. He came exactly when he said he completed each of the services we requested quite fast and would. Joe also changed the codes on security gate remotes and our garage door at no cost.
