BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Avoid this company at all cost. They are corrupt and rude. Find a locksmith.
0 stars is appropriate, experience that is horrible! I looked up the local locksmith in my town (which I now know is an out-of-business hardware shop ) and I was forwarded to a company out of Philly called Super Locksmith. I predicted, educated them to come out, was told that it could be more or an hour, then called 15 minutes to cancel. The headquarters called me soon afterwards (4 times) and said I needed to pay $29 for them coming out, which they didn't do because of blackout. They refused to refund when confronted after the payment went through VERY fast. Allow the buyer beware the client is not always right. They were very rude during the dispute of this charge. Awful.
