He caused me to feel uncomfortable and lied, I just wanted the door to open, he bashed my lock using a hammer and just sprayed WD-40. After, we would not even come back to repair it my door was messed up.
I hate him!
He and I communicated . Showed up on time. Did 12 locks. And an wonderful job. He was negotiable with his cost. Which made me even happier. He was polite and friendly and considerate.
Great support. . He was very professional, fast answer, I paid what I was quoted. Hope not to use them again, but if I need a locksmith Atlas is who I will call, recommend them!!! Thanks for being there when I had you in an urgent time!!!
Don't recommend. I am certain that there are nicer businesses around who don't have assholes working for them.
Procedure took all of 5 minutes. The guy was a complete asshole. Would not make eye contact the whole time, and he barely spoke above a whisper. I was able to understand him, if you add in his accent. He made me wait outside while he did paperwork and sat in the drivers seat of his car. Again blocking traffic, as automobiles barely had enough space to squeeze him round
First off, the guy didn't listen. I gave precise directions from where the driver came from, also was locked in the post office. Before he got there he called me twice.
He did get there fast. But when he got there, he parked right behind me, blocking visitors, went into the parking lot in the incorrect way. There was a parking spot next to me, but his huge truck and this guy appeared to be above it all.
I never managed to have a quote out of these over the telephone. They were the locksmith and I was just happy to find.
If they had stated that they were going to bill me $75 when I asked them over the phone, then it'd be my option to call somebody else, yet to inform me 25, then to triple the amount when they arrive and am standing alone in the dark is a dreadful thing to do.... Had been worth an extra $50, even if the 3 min work.
In addition they have other phone numbers... DO NOT call them... Be wary if you Find the phone number 800 983-0994, the amount 602-633-0200 or the amount 480-292-5442
Never use this locksmith. They lie and make the most of individuals. They quoted me billed. The call took less than 5 minutes. I timed it. 9:58 pm to 10:01 pm.
For this company, I believe that I need to, although in my life, I have not ever had to do so.
DISREGARD ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE 2015.! This business has been bought and today is awesome. His title is mendel. I called a buddy him after he locked his keys in his car and the coat hanger trick attempted for more than an hour and eventually gave in and hunted for a locksmith. This was honest and up front and was 1 am on a Thursday so that I was not certain what the price could be but he gave us a fair quote over the phone. Beware of any offering to open around your car for 25-40 bucks. . .that is your starting Rate they then charge you fees for what kind of car you have, gear they have to use and where your keys are located in the vehicle (why does this matter!?) And it will wind up costing you upwards of 200+. Mendel didn't do this. He came in under 15 minutes and offered us the full price upfront. The car was opened in 5. He had been friendly and personable someone I'd use later on if I actually ran into this problem again.
Incident occurred 4/27/12:This was a telephone that is NON-EMERGENCY.
I say NO DEAL, whenever I feel the squeeze coming . Walk away and walk.
Regardless, I felt like it had been a SCAM, so I told them no bargain, no charge. I'd the locksmith to walk away from the house, that his services were no longer desired is asked by property manager.
I called their phone and a man by the name of Ron without doing any research, shame on me. I explained that we had a safety door that needed 3 and re-keyed keys designed for the doorway. Moreover, the deadbolt was sticking out and needed to be shining. He told me $25.00 for support telephone and with all that needed to be done $67.50.
Confident that it could be done, I got a call from my home manager that has been onsite with one of Ron's locksmiths. She explained that the onsite locksmith has been requesting $135.00. Apparently,"there was more work included". If that was the case, then why not they charge you $25.00 service charge to check the situation out and the moment they can create an assessment telephone you with a price estimate?
Remember, I needed to be shining from the procedure and did define that the dead-bolt stuck out. I told him everything I could about the project and he explained, the price is still $67.50 with my specifications.
Never use this locksmith. Did a google search for locksmith in Gilbert, AZ.. Atlas Locksmith was among the first recorded. That is easy, using a title that begins"A".

So I only paid this guy to come over here and pick my $ 25 he did nothing to fix my lock up.
