Auto Rescue Me

I locked my keys in my vehicle. Auto Rescue Me needed me in on my car the street and came right away. They were very reasonably priced too. I strongly recommend their services!

1st time - they will be there in 45 minutes,
The customer service representatives were disgustingly un-useful and impolite.
4th time - they're 5 minutes away
My job truck broke down at 11am. I paid them up front for it not believing they would be awful and advised the service and contacted them immediately. Nearly 4 hours after my men were standing there waiting for the tow.
Time - I was hung up on by them
For a company I would expect.
Time - they gave me the businesses call # in.
Service I've ever had the un-pleasure of using.
I would not recommend them and note to the wise do not pay for service upfront.

Scam SCAM Scam!! Don't use this company they will steal your money and not send the tow truck.

Do not use this company!! I'm shocked that Ford Roadside Service would contract for this particular business. It required 4 hours with no phone call saying they were not going to bother coming. Their shipment called twice asking for speech clarification which was supplied each time but then no call counseling they just weren't going to trouble. I expect Ford Roadside didn't pay them!

This has been one! The guy came out to put my spare. When he put my tire in the trunk, he pulled it off and grabbed ahold of my spoiler. He,"Parker" was very apologetic and asked if he would reattach the spoiler because he didn't want to create an insurance coverage through Auto Rescue Me. Reluctantly I agreed. He stayed with me in touch for about 3 months and even took my spoiler. I then received a text from him saying his parents had just been killed in an auto accident from condition. "Parker" then ceased communicating and had switched his phone to automatically go to voicemail. This happened in February of the year. I was able to get hold of the parent company and made several efforts to achieve the GM. She called me the secretary told me they are independent contractors and also there wasn't any information. I am currently recovering from back operation and because I'm flat on my back, I still find myself calling"Parker" and pleading with him via voicemail to speak with me. "Parker"I purposely live my entire life helping others and paying it forward whenever I could.

They think and see a young kid, oh I don't need to be helpful to him he wont know any better. His momma knows better. WTH? My son was towed by them because he had a tire blow out on him. Well the gas station did not mend tires. You'd think he would be professional enough to state these people today don;t mend tires, how about I take you instead? This guy knew. Until he heads into the middle east, he had been on his way home to visit his parents. Shame on those people for using a guy who didn'. The guy said he would be back with a jack to help my son. So my son needed to call somebody else well he never showed up. SHAME on YOU's. SHAME!!!

I've used a few locksmiths previously when needed,but this place was by far the finest I've ever used! The person who took the telephone and the locksmith proved friendly and helpful. The gentleman who came was here in 20 mins and understood how to perform his job. If needed give them a go and it was under 40$!!

Company contacted by Geico to help my older Parents. . .Parents left two hours with no aid, no telephone calls, never called to cancel. Nonetheless although geico shared lots of the responsibility, not service.
