Avantguard Locksmith

Avantguard locksmith coming and I fixed the lock with in 30 minutes. My husband and I locked ourselves and at the workplace already has closed and this locksmiss came in over 15 minutes of request and he perform the a good job. We appreciated the conversation. The price was very reasonable. I recommended his work! Life saver!

I saw the negative reviews, however I believe this business is improving. I had a great service just now. He gave me a quotation right away, came out like I paid him and he said he would, was friendly, unlocked my door in moments me. I had a great experience--thank you Adam!

Adam is fantastic!! We predicted this place while tryna get ready to help my buddies doorway opens since she locked herself out! He got us less than a minute and arrived in 10 minutes! Definitely recommend!

Itamar was fantastic to use. About the way to fix all three of my door problems, he was available and knowledgable! After he ran into problems with my home that is elderly he managed to present great work arounds. I would recommend his services because of their own professionalism.

Worst customer service ever. Called to get a quote and the guy was so pushy and rude. He hung me up, keep calling quotes and said if you don't need the service now. Customer support TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Any other company needs to be better than this poor service company.
I called the company and asked to talk with the Manager. Until I inquired if he was Adam, adam wouldn't give me , his title? We were asked by him what this was going? I told him I'd discuss this with the manager. Then he told me that he was the owner. I did not believe him as the owner wouldn't be working the phones on the weekends and throughout the week. Then I told him that my difficulty was that he had promised support. He cried"So, it required an 1.5 hours from your life? And you got back in your vehicle!"
Don't use this business!! After locking my keys in my vehicle, I Googled locksmith and found AvantGuard. After 30 minutes and no contact service individual, I called. He told me he'd call the support guy where is was, to observe. He told me that the guy was 10 minutes off and phoned me back. By this time, I had been outside in the rain for 40 minutes. It toke and hour and half from somebody. The service guy was fast and did a good job, but had not business card nor uniform.

They billed me $55 bucks for the call and $145 (then discounted to $125) to start up a doorway... no more than a 2-minute work! Crazy!!!

I was lockout of my place so I called them, unfortunately without assessing their testimonials...

By phoning them without reading the reviews 12, I made a mistake. My elderly parents had to alter out a door lock. The individual introduced a lock in a regular plastic bag without a passport, model number, manufacturer name, or guarantee. He didn't offer a receipt and billed my parents 380.

I never recieved a call back and left two phone messages attempting to get the guarantee and a recipt. I finally reached somebody but after the individual realized that I'm requesting the ceremony reciept, he immediately said He was with a customer, could call me and chased up without asking my call back number ( the number I called from was not showing on caller ID)

I will report them to the better business bureau.

Do not call these people! I got locked out of my flat and they stated they would arrive in half an hour. 1 1/2 hr. Later the man showed up. On the phone they said there would be a charge for coming and $35 per hour. After he found that I'm an elderly woman and got here, the guy said that it was a charge for coming and $185. The door lock was ruined by him with a drill and I need to replace the lock. I was so angry I told him to leave and I will hire someone else, but had to pay him $200.

This location is a rip off. I accidentally locked myself out of my residence. I whipped out my phone and discovered these guys using a search. The guy said $15 on the phone - didn't mention anything about the price of the support that is actual.
The locksmith showed up (late) and then quoted me $200 for the fix!!! WTF?!?! $200 for a 3 minute job would be a rip off, although I had been in a rush to get to work so I paid up.
On top of this I had to go rush to get enough cash to pay because they do not take cards.
Somebody should sue those bastards.

This firm has of. He said he makes more money then and resorted to crying and crying at me my loved ones. Here is. I would not recommend him. I advised him I would.give him a terrible review and he said quote" Go ahead you fuck I already have 2 celebrities on yelp, fuck yelp." What a scum bag. If I could give him 0 stars I would.

UNBELIEVABLE!! Called at 9:20pm on a Fri night. Sounded like I woke the man up with his kid crying in the background. I advised him I locked myself outside of my bedroom. He said,"k, give me about 20 minutes" When I well asked how much it would cost, he said,
