They are quite valuable. I get the majority of my keys created here. They have a lot of options as for sort and the design of key.

We've employed this locksmith for years. Michael is trusted, does a fantastic job, and it has gone out of his way to help us on quite short notice when our keys were stolen.

Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I don't know what happened to you, Mike. Same man but different personality.
Made an appointment with him anyhow and he had been so overdue (no show after a hour and half), I told him to come. This was after texts, mails, and calls.
We utilized this locksmith for a long time (always the exact same man, Mike). He was great. Job has been $300. Contacted him for job, he offered $445! The reason was that, based on photos I texted him, my locks/doors were badly performed. I was like, hey, you were the one who installed them.

My brother used a doorknob lock to be replaced by him , he did the lock and it resembles a job. He added latch guard. However he charged him 522.10! This is one doorknob lock. Outrageous, he took my brother to get a fool. The last time that my brother used him to fix a lock it was over 1200.00 to change front door lock and made some fixes to the doorway. He will rip you off if you don't know your costs. Utilize Rhinoceros or Davis Duong Locksmith both are excellent and will not benefit from you.

In general, I really do recommend this place. Just keep in mind note and the downsides that lock costs fluctuate dependent on the sorts of locks.
Both times.
You get when you call the number on Yelp. You work out a deal with him through email (665keys@gmail.com) and/or phone. He's a bit hasty, likely busy, but you manage. You get to the shop to find that the man there does not understand what the hell you are talking about and hopes to quote a higher cost. He's receptive to the explanation that the bargain has been made by Mike after he sees that a few emails. This business is a bit frustrating.
I've done more significant job (rekeying a home lock and a vehicle glove box lock . just having keys made) with them two. They rekeyed my home lock for $45 for $35 and my car glovebox lock. Plus tax, of course. The rates are fair, they do job, and they're nearby.
The next turn-off, though more slight, is money only, one of my pet peeves. I charge everything for record, tracking, and points, and the amount varies. A slight inconvenience.

They deserve 0 celebrities. Their variant of customer support would be to yell. They do not accept credit cards. They need days to fulfill requests. Their lack of professionalism is beyond description. Stay off

They were able to come out ASAP, and got locked out of the apartment and we got in over the hour. Fast and friendly service! Their"emergency lock out" service is available after hours as well.

Entirely love Mike and Kelly. They have pulled me from pickles that were several - recently because we left for the airport, when our front door lock failed. They are fast and they actually know their locks. We have had them work opening a safe, involving door locks, and installing a keypad to get our garage door. They're really and honest fabulous locksmiths.

Thank you, Michael!

I want to reiterate my gratitude and appreciation for unlocking a door while I was out of the town. He was most professional.
I was especially thankful because when I lost the receipt my spouse gave to me e-mailed a replicate to me within 2 days (even though he was completely swamped, he found time to assist).

I never expected to be stung by a locksmith, but Mike in Locksmith Central made it happen. He provided a wealth of info in a short quantity of time in estimating a location with no fewer than 12 doors/locks. Super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. THANK YOU MIKE!

Lo and behold, our keys that are replicated work than the master.
Key replicating is, even as I know, most of the things locksmiths do even though it a waste of their talents. I had been informed of the while having keys for my new home replicated at Locksmith Central, although the guy promised his handiwork could be an improvement on the first keys (shows how much I know about secrets - how can you improve upon the master while still functioning in the lock) .
Quality, personable and efficient work.

Be aware that Yelp they close 4:30 on Saturdays and isn't right.
The man who's there on some Saturdays goes the extra mile to find rare keys.

More than a locksmith, Mike was a security consultant. He quickly identified how the burglars entered our home, and then devised a new system of locks to ensure our safety. He also made suggestions on garage door, lights, cameras, fencing and email security. He even brought dowel rods to secure our sliding glass doors.
The police told us we had to upgrade our locks, after our home was burgled. We called Mike Young and Locksmith Central of rekeying our door with the intent. We got a whole lot more.
He finished the job, explained his strategy, priced it out worked effectively, stayed late, and showed up immediately. But most of all will allow my family to sleep at nighttime. Thanks, Mike! 5 stars all the way.

I can not say enough good things about his cousin Kelly and Mike. I met Mike 5 decades ago when I accidentally locked myself out of my office. I phoned both him and another locksmith to help me since I had a customer and that I had the fastest reply. Another man arrived 10 min. Earlier (regrettably ) and billed me twice what Mike could have billed. Mike warned me about those"fly by night" locksmiths which swoop in and hold you ransom for exorbitant rates. He had been the one he was right and I phoned - that he was fair compared to that man.
I will call them time and time again. The only thing that would lower my celebrities for them would be when they transferred to Hawaii!!! Never abandon us Mike and Kelly!
A year later that my office keys were stolen out of my car. So that I might have piece of mind he came right away and rekeyed my lock. Very professional and fair.
I came to them 3 yrs after when I bought a mid-century desk with holes in the drawers, but no keys off craigslist. They rekeyed the guards to skeleton keys onto the desk for me that I love.
NOW, fast forward to last night, once I had been the victim of a"hot prowl" at home. Imagine my shock to wake up to some man entering my bedroom while my husband was out of town. I had been very fortunate that nothing was stolen and that I wasn't hurt. I lost all confidence in the safety of the locks. I called them first thing in the afternoon and they set up an appointment for this very afternoon to come help me. I called two times to make sure they were coming since I had been nervous in the home out there with my keys. Every time assured me they would come after finishing their task and they answered the phone promptly. They had great recommendations and even small things on additional doors/locks in the house so that they worked smoothly. They gave discounts on the guards and on the ceremony to me. They're also the latest High Security Multi-Lock's only suppliers.
I'd have had the cutie in my home, although I enjoyed chatting with them and meeting with Kelly's dog Penny, that remained in the truck.

When they say they understand their locks, courteous, and are fast, I agree with other reviewers. I would add that they do work that is excellent.
The lock to my front door broke leaving me locked out. After texting him a photo of the broken lock and talking on the phone to Mike, he gave me both best and worst case scenarios. Luckily, he managed to get in without needing to ruin the lock and we were going to be closer to the ideal case situation. I had been impressed by his responsiveness, speed, and the standard of his job. Hopefully, I will not need his services. However, if I ever need a locksmith, then he'll be my first telephone.

Note to shoppers: Cash!
Opened but made up for lost time with quickly they whipped out my crucial copies! I'll be back!

A couple of weeks ago I called the operator and ordered 5 keys. He receives the calls on his mobile if the store is open. This would keep me happy for a short time, although the keys cost $20 per year. I arrived in the store, Wednesday but the door was locked which they did within a couple of minutes. I had begun walking away and ran to the guy returning to the store. They didn't have my keys! He called someone to see whether the keys were"at the office". OK. Deep breath. I said the following week I'd return however that time I made this order for only 3 keys.
The man in the store only had one crucial!!! Perhaps not the 3 I purchased!!!!!! And he was upset when I informed him that I purchased 3 . He got annoyed.
So much for getting more keys If I could find this crucial made by another 15, I will try to see.
I did get a call saying that the keys were prepared. That I phoned first to be sure the store was open, before driving to the store this time.
I called the store number. Apparently all store calls go to the owner's phone vs. the store ). A woman answered and I explained what happened. She said the proprietor was on a job, but would call. . .and that was about 2:00pm. From now Mike didn't hear the phone call saying that they did mess up and returned the call I was gone and that I could return to the shop and the 2 additional keys could be made by them. What about this experience would make me want spend another hour in my car - plus pay for metered parking and gas - to be confronted with a grumpy store salesman that is unfriendly? They didn't even provide a discount for my annoyance of having to push there yet again!
I know they charge more for site visits because their bids have been seen by me jobs. I can not imagine ever again needing to do business. And that I believe in supporting local business but not this location. . .ever....unless I can not replicate the key someplace...
I had my lock that requires a specially-made key is upgraded by them. Attempting to find another key from this store was a challenge.

This was my only crucial, that was stolen along with my wallet 3 days later.
I don't have any car key at all, just a bunch of regret for not having a key so that I could at least move my street-parked vehicle. I called back the store to find out what became I was dissuaded hopeful for helpfulness and a wonder of sorts. The owner, mike, let me come take action or wouldn't spend some time, or telephone Micael to ask him for more info, today, since he is working elsewhere. Mike recommended I get a key molded by a different locksmith into the ignition and that someone else should do it.
Helpful? Occasionally.
I came in upset past the point of rationality following a buddy lost my"good key". Michael was kind enough to walk to my car to test a key that he made, but when it did not work in the doorways, he told me there wasn't any point in my buying it. I was having a pity party and moved along with that.
Professional information? Not really.
This is all on me, and boy, that's how I feel.
Customer experience? No. They made me feel as though they did not really want my organization.

I've used Mike multiple times through the years. He functions fast's honest, responsive, charges fairly and provides the therapy session. Thank you Mike!

My boyfriends life was saved by these guys! They stayed open a few minutes late after he moved on Judah into the place.
Humble and fair. So operate out and he needed to leave it on the 15, they would not take a tip!
