A few simple keys that are needed cut. 2 weeks, 4 trips, 7 key blanks later I received my cash and went into the store in Springfield Plz. 1 stop, perfect duplicate.
Finally wise up, get my cash back (man needs help for this too ), and head to Springfield Plaza.
Explain situation. Guy says trimming key should not be a problem. Cuts key. Essential works like original.
First store trip. The grooves were on the wrong side, although 5 minutes had two keys. Guy takes keys back, 5 minutes later 2 keys.
Get home, new keys do not work.
Got home and keys won't work. Won't even go in slot. With wiggling I can get 1 crucial to work 1 of 4 same-keyed locks.
I go back, 2 weeks later. Guy cuts crucial. I get home and see crucial is missing cuts. Same 4, go back. Two more keys are cut by guy.
Go back and man tries keys in locks and cannot get them to do the job. Just 1 of 4 locks, although some and hour has got with jiggling the 1 key to work.
Prior to but other place was nearer have done business at Springfield plaza place. Lesson learned.
