As a Raleigh locksmith support, I specialize in locksmith work. If it requires a key, and slips, or rolls, floats, I could make it. I got my start as an apprentice at 1978 at the locksmith business. I started Barker's Lock Service in southwestern Wake County, North Carolina in 1987 and have been serving the area since that time. I am one of hardly any people that have been awarded the Automotive Locksmith or CAL designation by the Associated Locksmiths of America. There are less than 200 Certified Automotive Locksmiths in the Earth, and I am one of only two in North Carolina! Highly recommend Barker's Lock Service!!
I managed to eliminate the only key to my vehicle over Labor Day and one weekend. Jay Barker put me up with a next day appointment (he had same day available, but I had been at work). He came immediately and 15 minutes after, my vehicle was started! Quick, thorough, and no hidden costs - I understood exactly how much I'd be paying before I got off the phone to make the appointment.
When I lost the car key I received prompt and professional service from Jay Barker. He set up an appointment, explained the breakdown of costs, and returned my call quickly. He arrived on time (actually a couple of minutes earlier ) and went right to work. The fancy-pants type if I have costs a pretty penny, and even steep, I think an sum for his services charges. He makes up for it, if above average. I knew from talking with him we understood what he was doing and I could count on him to finish the job. I strongly recommend. Oh also. . He lets credit card payment, and it is a perk in my book :)
Really prompt, and courteous. The prices were reasonable. I discovered from another locksmith whom didn't have the equipment for my car or truck about Barker. Barker actually arrived earlier than expected and set the appt up. Thank you for saving the day!
