A issue developed, we could not get water to flow throughout the reopened valve. It was a quick-shut-off, ball valve, and was stuck in the position. At 3PM I didn't feel like dealing with it I phoned Rudy - The Best Plumber and he stated he would"see us shortly..." Thankfully, he showed up in an hour afterwards so we wouldn't need to go the entire weekend with no hot water or pay weekend plumbing prices.
All in all, I highly recommend him. I don't say that.
Update: Today my wife went to the garage to locate our front loading washing machine with open, clothes and water spilling out of the open door, etc.. She tried turning the valves off behind the machines but one handle broke, so she used the shutoff towards the top of the hot water heater. That worked - shutting the water off .
He replaced the valve and will return next week to be certain everything is ideal. What a fantastic guy! "The Best Plumber" is an appropriate title for his business.
