Harry is a life saver!! All the toilets on our first floor began flushing so we knew we wanted someone to fix it ASAP and by Sunday morning, sewage water was coming out of their bathtubs. Harry gave us a rough estimate over the phone responded promptly, and managed to reach us within an hour. He has been very communicative about all the probable scenarios that could occur and identified the problem fast. He managed to clean the main sewer line in less than an hour out and was quite reasonably priced

Fantastic customer service! I called on a Sunday morning to assistance with a shower arm replacement... I am an amateur DIY'er and it had been on really tight. Harry managed to loosen it rather easily and so he did not charge me. Good to see out fair businessmen there. Thank you for the help!

Harry came out now to check on a sewer smell. He was totally honest and extremely courteous, on time. As opposed to upsell me unneeded job, he thinks the problem is a dead creature in my HVAC ducts and left without charging anything. I strongly recommend the organization.

Harry and his staff did an excellent job! We needed to have our entire sewer line substituted (first mid century clay pipe). His staff and harry were punctual, hardworking, left tidy and the workspace clean, and the prices were fair. I had a filthy drain in my guest house. Rises so that I needed to act quickly when I took a shower the after. I put a quote request my 1st time, on yelp. As everything up front was not influenced form the obstructed plumbers responded with several quotes and Sewer man match my ideal budget, I had a snake to conduct my main line house. Sewer guy ca be vouched for by me, he called he was in and out complete specialist before he came to my home and also responded immediately gave me a fair quote. Highly recommended.

He was outside to install the heater and finished in a really professional, efficient and timely issue. Even devising a means to get the old tank off of the roof. (No, I really don't understand why our water heater has been set up onto the roof). In addition, he cared for all of the excessive piping which was from several years back water heating in the cupboard .

Sewer Man (Harry-owner) is my new visit some plumber. Our water heater went Easter weekend outside. Friday evening I contacted him and he was outside the following morning to have a look. He explained what was needed to fix it and what the problem was and took a look. We've had plumbers out before to get estimates on replacement, not one had said what caused the situation. As our water heater was very old, we chose to replace it with a tankless (as we had been planning on). As he hadn't been able to relight the pilot in the heater's current condition, Harry didn't even charge us to the house call about the holiday weekend (that was before we had asked him to install the new H2O heater, how awesome is that). He sent us an estimate on the replacement that was right in line with other estimates we had obtained except his included a bigger capacity .
Harry is currently my plumber for many situations, he does it all.
He is highly recommended by me I don't believe you'll be disappointed.

Excellent support! The first thing I noticed was responsive Harry is! Answers calls and text pretty quickly. Provided answers to my questions. He replaced a water heater which was in a cupboard. He made it all work, although the space is a bit hard and unusual to get to.

Harry was great! We had a broken shower faucet, leaky kitchen sink and broken water pressure regulator and Harry repaired all within 2 hours at a very affordable price.
