We had called numerous different plumbers early in the week who flat out refused to even step foot inside the house unless we committed to a minimum service charge of $200+ before any inspection of the problem ... but not Efrain! As can be, he was friendly, helpful, and professional. He made a few of tweaks, took a look under the spout at a complementary inspection, and had solved our problem in a couple of minutes. I called 3 technicians and obtained quotes, Flood needed me to sent images of the old faucets being replaced and also a pic of the new ones moving in. Their estimate was twice as costly as the two quotes. It had been twice as pricey as the company which fixed them. The cost the company billed for replacing the faucets additionally replaced it was half the cost and hot water flip off valves on each faucet. They might do great work, as their Rates are outragous but I will never know
I was NEVER provided a complimentary in home bidding. I was called by your employee back and quoted me this cost by himself. I told him this sounded extremely high... he said oh well its what it is...I at first thought it was nice that you called me to discuss the incident, but soon realized it was just you trying for me to change my critique... another company that came out, didnt give me a quotation until they arrived and looked in the work. So that wasnt the issue. I said I wasn't able to talk to the level of your work because your business was never used by me. I spoke about your costs. . .you have now escalated this problem on your own. . .please stop

I did not have the same experience as the majority of the reviewers. We had a toilet drain that is filthy and paid $150 to get it snaked over the weekend. Well, it did not work! We had been advised to contact our Home Manager/HOA since the plumber believed the clog was reduced down. He believed that we may need to cut into the wall and then cut sections of the pipe to clear the clog. WTF? We ended up with another plumber that a friend called, and he cleared the clog ! It was only 4 feet down. Flood Brothers used a drill snake while the other plumber used a very different device. I really don't understand what happened but it's upsetting that I wasted $150.
Since this firm has EXCELLENT customer support I'm editing my review. After posting my review below, the proprietor reached out to my husband and me in order to find out what happened and fix the situation. Not many companies do this so I appreciate this kind of service.

What an wonderful experience!! Thank to be so efficient and beneficial, you giulio, can not recommend flood brothers enough. Will def be keeping them on speed dial for all plumbing crises. I enjoyed the heads up call letting me know when he'd arrive so that I could plan accordingly. To when he stated he'd arrive, he arrived on the dot and it did not take him long at all to identify what caused our leaky faucet. Professional, friendly efficient and considerate.

These guys are awesome! Mike and Michael came out to unclog a drain, root my main like and check to a water reduction difficulty I thought that I had beneath the house, which turned out to be from all the rain we got last year (bud expansion ).
The unclog drain was the other two issues turned out to not be difficulties along with a breeze! I received information and I have a little bit of time before working on the amount of roots. Service and technicians you can trust not to take your wallet! Highly suggested!

Had a bathroom . Before my floors got ruined I couldn't locate the matter and help asap. The man on the telephone kept me updated via email when the time changed and scheduled me. I adore the systems they have to confirm appointment stuff. Very kept me informed and efficient!
Mike and Jerry arrived and researched my issue. They immediately discovered that there was a loose bolt/seal where the tank connected to the base of the bathroom (it had been installed). They corrected the bouy and tightened up everything. I attempted to pay them but they would not accept!! They stated it had been such an easy endeavor (~15 mins) and it was my first time with them that they just wanted to make happy repeat customers.

They're well dressed, professional, courteous and friendly! Above all... Reasonable!!! I phoned them and was told makes me a happy man!
Flood brothers is 1 hell of a plumbing company that is fantastic. I was distressed and in need of a clogged pipe (turns out it was also cracked argh) nevertheless Efrain and his coworker could clean it out now to revive my pipes even temporarily that is fine!
I highly recommend this company for all plumbing requirements, I've only used them but am scheduling them to correct the pipe. A+ thank you Efrain, staff with plumbers like him this area is going to be your move to plumbers.

I had what looked like an entire crawlspace flood. So I found Flood Brothers and searched to get a fantastic company that could deal with floods in Yelp. I called and they answered right away and mailed out two techs in Brendon just a couple hours and Eddie.
They're really, really pleasant and professional. They checked to make sure my water meter wasn't running to rule a leak that was live out. They quickly understood it was localized water accumulation at the front part of the crawl space and the rest of the space was totally dry.
We both took a huge sigh of relief! Highly suggest Flood Brothers for diagnosis that is helpful and their fast response. Because men!!

I called Flood Brothers for help using a toilet that was running. Guilio came out but the bathroom had stopped operating. A few things tried but could not get it to run. Very kindly, he offered to waive the service fee (without me asking!) . It could not get out for a few days and started running again but they were busy. It had stopped running again when Guilio came. He troubleshooted and substituted a little ring in the tank which seemed like it might not have been sealing correctly.
All in all, I believed this was an excellent company with acceptable prices and communication. I will definitely use them again for all my plumbing requirements!!!

Inform us! We had friends staying with us (the ideal time for house problems) and it was a rainy weekend when our water heater stopped working. Each one the quick repairs we understood we tried to no avail. They arrived to figure the issue out, gave us a temporary fix that the hot water came back and then fixed it.
Giulio and team were efficient and polite. Looking forward to the absolutely free check ups in annually.

After the appointment did occur, Efrain was professional, kind and got the job done! He finished the work fast and economically and showed up on time. All of the while, taking extra care not to monitor any dirt.
We have a call about an hour before arrival saying they would have to reschedule for a different day when we first booked our Flood Brothers appointment, they'd double booked. The office was rescheduled and apologetic and kind for as soon as they could, although I was clearly frustrated.
I will certainly telephone Flood Brothers for assistance, When I have another plumbing issue.

Thank you Flood Brothers! Guilio and Mike were fantastic. Guilio repaired my leaky pipe under the sink, unclogged my sink snaking it using a 50 foot point, and crawled under my house to further inspect the line. As they are about 70 years of age, they recommended that I consider replacing my drains in the near future. I plan to do this project and I will likely have Flood Brothers doing this. All around great company and customer service.

We predicted we had company coming over and because our sump pump in our cellar stopped working. Michael assisted us right off and needed a plumber come over who did the work the same moment. Work was great! Really appreciated!

These men are extremely responsive and came for a call at 7 PM for a little area of my basement that has been collecting water. They obtained out the water and I managed to install a sump pump on my own the next day to fix the issue. They might not be the cheapest plumber in town, but they will appear and get the business done. My only criticism is in case the plumber had quoted me a much price for installing the sump pump in the right time of this visit, I could have been completed with the whole thing and there. He left me to handle repairing the sump pump and pumped out the water. He did offer to replace the sump pump, but his quotation for replacing the sump pump later hours was high, so I was forced to just have him pump out the water and handle the pump myself. I suspect their pricing during regular business hours is extremely competitive. When the company owner later heard the price that the technician had quoted me for replacing the sump pump, he had been over the situation and did everything he could to make it right and stated he'd speak with his technician about pricing simple after hours jobs fairly (at 7 PM mind you, not 2 AM). So I think this issue will be fixed in the not too distant future.

That's a class act. These men are my technicians for all of my plumbing tasks going. It is rare to locate a company which you can trust. I think I've found it . Fantastic job!
My technician was super professional, place on the booties that are clean to protect my floors, treated me with the utmost respect, answered of my queries, mended my bathroom that is running in 2 seconds. I had him check showers within my property and all the other toilets. Everything looked great. I asked how much I owed him and he said NO CHARGE. WHAAAAT???? Since there was no work to be carried out he would not take anything from me. He took his time to come out, check things out and yet no cost. I'm impressed.

Even though there was they did their best to make me happy in the long run and were helpful on the phone.
