Bill West Plumbing and Heating

Alex cleaned my main sewer line (4 inch ABS) for $48. Excellent company. I do some roots to clear. Many other plumbers through the years have tried, nobody comes close to this value for money.

He quoted over $2K for work & was about getting us to register on the spot pushy. Glad we opted to find a second opinion.
(Turned out among the pipes weren't properly cut, and extended to the point where it blocked where the condensate line was supposed to drain into. They cut the pipe to the right period and fixed the issue, and we have not had any problems since)
Review was for service. Really can't recommend these guys. If we chose to utilize their services, charged $ 150 for a diagnostic fee which they said could be deducted from the entire quote. Technician came over to diagnose an issue that citizens were having in our complex backing up under our bathroom sink.

Should be known as"Bill Worst" plumbing. They possess the most incompetent plumbers I have ever seen. I had three things wrong with my condominium's plumbing: repainting beneath the sink, toilet not flushing and a ngas log. The technician came out TWICE for gas and sink log and THREE times and we are zero for three. I am switching plumbers. Worst plumber !

This plumber was phoned begging by me . They continued at 9:23 pm. VERY COOL PEOPLE. Until you use this one use any other plumber. Oh cool when I have them come tomorrow they provided me a 10% reduction. I let my home flood

There was no charge for sending the plumber, however, the HVAC had a $69 dispatch fee. That was explained in advance and could be subtracted from the work charge, although I don't normally like paying before even getting an estimate so I accepted and it worked out alright. Although I don't have much to compare it to the two jobs' expense seemed reasonable, if I have HVAC or plumbing problems in the 38, and I will look to Bill West.
I managed to get an appointment within 2 hours and called for the HVAC appointment about noon. (That is after I predicted one HVAC place who said they did not service that issue, and another that said they were booked for the next two weeks!) Jerry had it all figured out and was out over an hour, although it was a bit of an odd issue.
I had two experiences with Bill West, both. An attorney (Alex) arrived in the early hours, along with an HVAC tech (Jerry) arrived in the day. Both came inside the promised 2-hour window and a joy to perform with. Alex required time what pipes in my garage led to and also after it was done to explain where the shutoff valves were for my own building and helped fix a water supply line in my own condo guest bathroom. Enjoy the effort.
UPDATE: Reducing one star because of poor follow-up following my visit. Throughout the HVAC appointment, I had also discussed a project that was more extensive with the tech. He took some pictures and said a quote would be transmitted to me. A week went by without an update. I never heard back, a month afterwards and followed up with the organization. I will likely call a company that is different to have the job done b/c I wouldn't wish to pay another fee that is shipment to have someone look at something that they looked at. The experience was still quite good overall, especially the pipes, but not a one.

Lovie from Service@Adeedo.com arrived to my house in time and fixed the clogged toilet sink that has been draining slow or even a long moment. He was courteous thorough and very knowledgeable. He's got all of the plumbing components that are new and the snake right in his truck. I recommend Adeedo and him.

Had a tenant go out, sink was stopped up by leaving a overflowing. Place into Bill West Plumbing and they could schedule someone based on my schedule. Because I had to move it around, which was cool and they could accommodate.
The plumber that came out was Chris and was cool. He explained what he would do together with the price tag and looked at the issue. No pressure and let me know if he found issues he let me know.

Came back a few minutes later and was completed. Sink and no leak was drained.

Sent out a plumber to appraise my trash disposal and quote $230 to put in it. For possibly an hours' worth of work. Without charging nice guy, happy they came out. But too expensive for such a simple job! Did it myself...

I predicted , they mended my wax ring that was and came. Thank goodness for reviews and Yelp

Enjoy an excellent experience from start to finish. Angela in the phones was efficient, private and courteous. Kev was nothing short of OUTSTANDING and came ; he fixed another issue with our water heater. You can tell he is a good and honest individual; genuinely caring for my family and myself and going the extra distance expecting nothing in return but a happy customer.

I appreciate that the trip won't control so there is not any pressure. I believed also the machine man charged us and tell us and I had washing machine difficulty we had a plumbing problem. I was comfortable knowing that I could call these guys and find a quote --even if they couldn't fix the issue.

They were the best! Efren arrived and took care of the issue right away and even said if our kitchen sink does not work if we need him, he'll come. Very nice and I'd recommend them to anybody!

I had some bad experiance with other businesses before so it was important for me personally to find a good expert. My buddy reccommended me apply to Bill West Plumbing service couple.

They came to look at it, and gave us a guess of $1,250 for the repairs (this is a guess since they did not know the parts costs ). We asked for a final cost, and then for a couple of weeks, every time we phoned, they said they would finalize their cost in a few days, they did not return to us. Finally, after contacting their customer service department and requesting a supervisor, they gave us a final cost of... $1,250!
What happened ? In my view, Bill West saw that we live in a nice area and priced this job according to what they believed we can afford... unless it's ordinary to mark up parts by 600 percent and cost $400 per hour for labor! I also don't have any idea how they're still in business taking into consideration the lack of followup to give us a cost that is final.
Since our condo was built 35 years 21, we have a wall mounted toilet that probably has not had any maintenance. After viewing positive Yelp testimonials we called them to repair two issues - a flow from the wall mount, along with a leaky flush valve.
We asked for a breakdown of labor and parts. They do not usually do so, but gave us any info: about $450 for parts and $800 for labor. This seemed large, so we looked into it. We called the toilet manufacturer, found the part numbers we needed, and purchased them for a total of 74 (for example $20 shipping). We watched several youtube videos, and opted to take on the repair ourselves, which took us.

First time aka ADDOO plumbing. Eli, the technology, was Fantastic
I had an anxiety difficulty and I inquired Eli when he could put in an earthquake gas gizzmo while here. He did both jobs in a manner and got the components. Eli was type and knew what he was doing. After both installments, he checked to see if all had been working to some T in my property. IT WAS PERFECT. (He always wore his booties in the house!)

Alex cared for my water leak on 3/21. He was very professional and considerate.
I will certainly call Bill West Plumbing at the future and recommend them to friends.

Updating this review since David called me to chat about the service I had received and his liability and client service was definitely above and beyond anything expected. He not only took the time to listen to exactly what happened, but would not charge me and is covering . Understanding how far Bill West cares about their customers is definitely reassuring and I definitely appreciate David's time and this effort. Thank you!

For those that are unfamiliar to Bill West Plumbingthey will request a credit card but you can pay when the technician opens up to company or your home. Do not think about moving anywhere else!
In a pinch, I needed service for my kitchen sink which overflowed. I phoned Bill West Plumbing and they sent someone. George was very professional, he fixed our problem and did a fantastic job! :-RRB- He took the additional effort of wearing bags as not to dirty our carpets.
