This guy gave me a reasonable price to re key a property for my client. He dominates the house inside 20 minutes and arrived within 45 minutes. Really easy and stress free! I'll use them ! Good JOB!

This company was great. His cost was the best from 4 estimates. Reaction time was fantastic. He remained on standby while we waited to close escrow and arrived immediately when we finally did.

I'm also a locksmith, and when I moved out here, Paul was so friendly and offered me so much priceless advice, and over the years he'd answer any queries, and even though he is always busy working, when he couldn't answer, he'd be time to call me back. It is just his character, he is one of those rare individuals who genuinely care.

Pauls responds time was within moments of my request and he was quoted me according to a number of mailbox and locks wanting to be rekeyed and efficient. His cost was that the going rate for any locksmith in the region and I loved the fact he uses QuickBooks for invoicing. I had an invoice sent to me through email within moments for solutions that makes my own life that much easier for accounting reasons.
He was educated since every County differs regarding the eviction process for the Riverside County Sheriffs which is helpful.

Been without a secret to our mailbox 2 weeks at my new home. I called A Better Locksmith and Paul was responsive to my queries. He also offered a very fair rate for an after hours service call. Next AM, drove the 20 minutes, came about 30 minutes early to the general vicinity of where he requested, and sent him a text message (since he had stated he could be texted within his voicemail message) letting him know I'd arrived. 20 minutes later (approximately 8:50 AM), he texts me and asks me if I could meet him about 9:30 AM. I inform him I was already that he requested to fulfill, because he left to get a task scheduled for 9:00 AM and he tells me that the best he could do is 9:20 AM.
I inquire whether we could meet the next day before 9:00 AM, he tells me convinced, to fulfill near his home location (about a 20-minute drive from my house ). I tell him I'll call him when I arrive, and we're off the telephone. Mind you, he needing to get off the phone as fast as possible, and appeared distracted, was somewhere loud at the time. Figured he was active, chalked it up to that.
Looking to complete a simple task that is VERY - 3 Schlage cylinders to coincide with a Schlage cylinder. Yelp quotes 1-hour reaction time in just about any case. I guess I was not a part of that proportion. Paul also provides to waive the service charge if I meet him nearby his house , down to $45 for 3 Months; he states it would function better for him . Not too bad.
Completely unprofessional. Look, I do it; if somebody's being compensated on a per-job basis, you don't wish to deal with no-shows. But if someone pushes to you (at your offer), also has such a fast job as rekeying a few cylinders, arrives early, and texts you upon arrival, don't make them wait for over an hour to get the task done. Customer service is important, and not only did it cost Paul a fast $45, it is blemished an Yelp account.
In general, Yelp does not lead me astray it did this time.

Our sliding glass door lock was in need of replacement, sent a yelp quote request which I received a reply . The repair demand was diagnosed and the locksmith requested a photo of the locking mechanism along with there was a complete quote supplied instantly. We texted me to notify that he was 20 minutes away and even came early for the consultation and scheduled the repair for the locksmith and the following day was communicative! He finished the repair for the exact price that was quoted and quickly.
