I locked myself from our plane on a Sunday morning at 0800. These guys were able to get me back within two minutes and were there in 30 minute. Highly recommended.

First time using this sort of service and this business... Is our first home so we want to be and have everything safe inside the home. We predicted our technician Golan and Keys and Big Locks was friendly and the discounts provided were very helpful!!! They are NOT cheap but it's worth it. Our technician took the time to explain all of the options and recommended some things without pushing us to buy anything. It was a good experience . I recomend them 1000 percent!!!!!

While vacationing in Florida with all the family we stopped for lunch on our way to some children show that was much expected after lunch we realized that we have abandoned the car. We called the rental car company but they could not provide an immediate solution so after trying to get a few minutes we called Big Lock and Key. The telephone operator was very helpful, she dispatched a tech immediately and 20 minutes after he came. The tech was very professional, the door opened without damaging the vehicle and charged us a very affordable rates. Thank you Big Lock and Key for saving the day. Highly recommended.
