Bill's Lock Shop

Bill's been taking care of the neighborhood area. I dropped by since I had a challenging key, although wife had gone there several time with this or that. His store is mostly a man cave - Bill is a community guy and his business is an extension of himself. He cut my keys perfectly (perfectly as in they worked smoothly when I got back to the vehicle, unlike the other keys I had purchased elsewhere). We chatted for a little and he thanked me on the way outside.
To the men and women who griped about Bill's Lock Shop - a message. Be responsible for this outcome and bill's not likely to cut a key onto a key blank. If you push against him, he will provide you with an unedited response. That the rest of the planet feels very lucky to have him serving the community and available.

I needed to cut on a 2005 crv car key and that he offered me. He tried but ran into an issue with his crucial scanner. However he got it done for $30 and managed to refer me. But because they are a couple of blocks away I stop by Designers Brass locksmiths to find out what they'd charge. Well that guy made it sound like it was difficult. Then said $180. Wtf. Anyways never going there again. Bill is honest and professional and I went back to cut at some other keys which Lowes could not do and was reasonable.

I called Bill for a rental home for a bid on bolts that were dead. He informed me that my bolts that were dead were good and went to the house. He had been honest and his cost to re-key the guards was aggressive and reasonable. I recommend Bill for good rates, professionalism, and his honesty.

Fantastic service with reasonable cost. Quote and made an appointment through yelp program, and showed up on time. Lock that was done shifted and rekey'ed the door locks inside thirty minutes.

I got a secret from Pete in under two hours for less than I thought I'd spend. It was a procedure .
I had been told by another shop (along with the dealership!) That replacing a lost car key could be $350 or could not happen due to the age of my car.

The person at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Until a dog comes out to stare followed by a guy who I presume to be 36, I had to shout across the store multiple times. I asked to get a duplicated and I spotted one which asked him if that would be it and looked almost identical to mine, if he said he did not think he had it. Looking at me as if I was dumb as a stone for exactly 10 seconds, he proceeded to say"would you want to do my job for me?" I guess I'd be this way if I was in a dying industry where kiosks at Safeway are currently replacing my small business. In any case, I asked for my keys immediately left and back immediately. I discovered a place that understands such as how to talk to a customer, a fundamental concept. You know, the kind of thing you need to do so as to operate in the potential for a customer facing role. Step up your game. If you would like to stay in operation in 2018, you can not talk to clients like that.

Additionally, his prices are extremely competitive (best price that I discovered after calling a few other local locksmiths.) The company also does cellular - go to your house repairs.
Had a fantastic and seamless experience with my first time. My tenants were having issues with opening the main door that was entry for the house. Bill came out within an hours call to the exact same day.
Highly recommend and wouldnt hesitate to do business with again.

I had a great Encounter with Bill's Lock Shop!I predicted Pop N Lock the afternoon before and they did not even come out!? So, I decided to look up local Locksmiths in the Region and came across Bill's. I gave a call to them and they were quite polite on the phone. I explained to them the difficulty I was having and he suggested using some they'd be happy to come out if that did not work. They came outside to place at Shelter Creek and within minutes. These men know what they're doing! I refer their company to my friends and would certainly use them again

We had been facing a time crunch to change the locks in our home. I spoke with Peter and he was proactive and very educated in establishing our appointment. We met within 2 hours! His associate and peter were skillful and instantaneous. Their prices, reasonable. Thank you Bill's Lock Shop!

An extremely belated update: we did have Peter come back and perform the deadbolt. Then when we moved into our first house we had him come by to shift the locks. Three all-good experiences up to now.

We traveled out of Seattle and arrived out here to get a wedding. We sadly forgot the keys back . Came here and that he not only helped us take the padlock off, but one of the other padlocks he needed to drill away! In addition to that he didn't wish to bill us. He was still paid by us . Would def recommend!

I needed to lock my own restaurant. Bill's Lock Shop did an amazing job. He was quite fine and the price was affordable.

Peter was great to work with when he rekeyed our residence and he's proven quite a few occasions since to be hardworking trusted, effective, and incredibly focused on client satisfaction. He makes sure each job is completed on-time and well and when there are any issues, he is ready to fix them. Would highly recommend.

Called Bill's Locksmith about my doorknob problem. He had been early at appointment time. He repaired it within minutes, after showing him the problem.

I needed door lock changed in my condo. Peter provided the most competitive cost, reacted immediately to my request to get a quote, and is neighborhood. He showed up about the day and time that I asked, removed & replaced the lockand was out the door in a couple of minutes. No hassle, no problems, done and done.

Called them at 8am, came 15 minutes later. Awesome support and would use again!

We needed in our residence to rekey locks. Peter was early for our appt. His price was the greatest. The thing I appreciated most about him was that he told me all the charges up front. A few locksmiths we called and used previously would give us a range of what it might cost and couldn't give us a tricky figure until they arrived over. Needless to say, by then you have to pay them or lose the support fee. Plus it always ends up being on the end. Peter is reliable, fair, empathetic, and easy to work with!

Called Bill's Lock Shop early in the morning, 6 am. He replied quickly. He said he was reserved for the morning, but might come over now if I had been home.
This is the second time with Bill's. I strongly recommend.
He mended the cylinder and arrived a few minutes. He is a nice man, honest, and professional. You can tell he belongs out of this way to help individuals. You might even tell he understands the need for folks to get their locks repaired promptly when they are broken.

I asked their solutions to change a mailbox lock for a customer out. They were time, responded the exact same day, and did a wonderful job. My clients were happy with solutions and the locksmith. Along with their pricing was very fair.
