My so called"smart lock" batteries died and I was locked out. I called the locksmith that came up on nobody and yelp . I then called Birmingham Locksmith Service and the gentleman replied immediately. I explained my situation and he said he'd be there soon. 15 minutes later he arrived and started trying to unlock the doorway. Ended up having to drill the lock but had one on the truck. Not too expensive but about what I anticipated. Would recommend.

I strongly recommend!! They could repair my 15 year-old fancy European French door locks (I have three sets that they corrected ) that my renovation contractor and 2 locksmiths were unable to do anything with. They adjusted strikes and hinges so that the doors would function. They had been on time, professional and followed to make sure I was happy. Do not call anybody else!

I wanted some really custom locks I read on-line reviews. Based on that they have been in business a very long time and that information, they were hired by me. I couldn't have been more happy. Randy was a perfectionist and that which he set up was put on. He was so meticulous and left not even a loaf of dust. Some Baldwin Touch entry hardware was purchased by me and I knew I could just trust Birmingham lock with costly locks and handles. Randy went above and beyond reinstalling a 1930s door knocker. Don't try and save a couple of dollars. Because most of these tasks are done and one, get quality. Trust me they're worth it.

I'd suggest them to anyone in the Metro Detroit region. Some both expensive exterior locks have been installed by bob .

It jammed the door so I couldn't use the lock from inside and we were basically locked inside the home from the outside, when my daughter left her key in the lock outside. Since the storm door was locked the key couldn't be eliminated from the outside so that I predicted Birmingham Locksmith and I couldn't access the key. I believe that it was Bob who talked me through eliminating the handle and fixing the problem. I was expecting him to arrive at the home and it was after hours so that he saved me a wonderful amount of money by avoiding the visit and helping me on the telephone. He's very knowledgeable about all locks and generous with suggestions his time and patience. Highly suggested.

Got replacement parts for my Baldwin lock. I'm a woman that is smart, but I couldn't get this to work correctly. This place isn't really simple to discover, They do possess a pole sign with the name posted directly on the side of Woodward, just south of Lincoln, but it's simple to miss and that I found myself driving a few times. The store itself is not on Woodward, but rather in a side parking lot away from the road and from the way. So identification you are searching for a storefront on Woodward, you won't find one.
BTW, the proprietor is called Bob.

They surely appear to be honest and seem knowledgeable. It's fantastic to know places such as this as craftsmen that know their commerce are getting harder and harder to locate.
After I introduced them my lock tube that is neglecting, and discovered the store, they had it functioning easily in moments. Because a part caused the problem that they immediately freed up with WD-40 in fact, they didn't even charge for a repair. I did receive a new key made, but that didn't cost much whatsoever.
Locksmiths don't have any presence and function in virtual mode. You can telephone them to return to your location to enter your house or car or to get door locks rekeyed if you go into a new location, but they want to come to you and that of course means charge and scheduling for a service trip. I like that I could walk in and that nobody came into my house, that I wasn't charged a compulsory service fee and get the job done.
Oh, another detail. They had a sign posted stating that their credit card terminal was down although I went there hoping to use my credit card. I suggest bringing a check or money.

Very good service, I wanted someone to fix a newly replaced lock by another company that was poorly installed. Now lock is working fine. Would recommend this company.

We had a complicated lock and are constructing a new house. Birmingham locksmith has been proposed by the merchant as a reputable installer. Bob was professional and really helpful when I called. He coordinated with our builder, provided the essential insurance documents that they showed up in the agreed upon time and had. He did a great job and we are extremely satisified. Highly reputable.
