Called Black Mountain Plumbing and they were on time, super considerate, sent me texts when beneath what had been quoted, the plumbers were on the way and did the work nicely. Thank you so much Nick & John!!!!
I'd just about the clog potential in my kitchen sink - we tried pressure blasters, snaking it ourselves, etc and we couldn't get the sink unclogged.

Great Work!We had to feet of gas line conducted into our kitchen all the way by the meter. Other contractors had recommended going down the exterior of their home but Scott indicated an alternate route through the attic that stored on exposed and materials pipe that was less into the elements. He and his crew were on time and got the job done fast and with no mess. The result was a clean and really neat setup that immediately passed inspection. We are new home owners and, based on this endeavor we now have a plumbing job we'll be calling BMP.

We'd a toilet is installed by BMP. front door and ask for a check, when the plumber was completed he when to. He admitted that a seal was leaking and pointed out that if BMP had supplied the toilet"the problem could be his". I later found it was not the filler valve since he'd told me, however, the drain valve leaking and that the toilet parts were not installed.
Bottom line is BMP has technicians that correctly diagnose a leak and can install a toilet. But I sure did not get one this time.

Our go-to location for anything plumbing related. They try to upsell you on services or whatever else parts and will not mess around with you. They have always come through and we have needed to use these on a few occasions the decades and done a wonderful job. Staff is obviously courteous and friendly so don't forget to tip them nicely after a job well done!

Daniel diagnosed the matter and came and fixed the problem. He was polite and valuable. It couldn't have gone. I wouldn't hesitate to use them .
I phoned B.M.P. to come out and look at a sluggish bathroom at our residence.

My initial 3 adventures with Black Mountain Plumbing (March through August) were good, high dollar, but decent job is well worth paying for.
My past 3 interactions (September - today) have been radically different. The scheduler is rude and unhelpful and I am not inclined to wait three days to get a 4 hour arrival window.
A competitor was able to give a 2 hour window to me today. Rude and condescending doesn't function for me, although I am generally faithful.

That I pricing is large, although Great customer care and service. I feel like I kinda got raked over the coals along with my bill.

Usually plumbers get a bad rap because of - however our tech now, Adam, was an honest guy that is great.
It is the holiday season. I'm saving money for Christmas and loved ones. I can not manage repairs .
He had been about entering, considerate and even put on booties.
He said the job will be much more as it would involve cutting away some substance to make way and took a peek at our issue.
It could be a four hour window if someone would show up. When he was 30 minutes off, adam was cool and gave us a telephone.
We were worried about our washer/dryer hoses/valves and obtained a quote.

So yeah. There are people out there if you least expect it.
They stored me the holidays. Really.
He charged me $39 for the trip. And that may go towards the repair that is future. He will email us a estimate.
Adam never tried to upsell me. Or frighten me about'possibility of this and that'. He understood my situation and stated he wanted to look at the water pressure to be certain all was fine since I did not wish to manage laundry valves. In addition, he helped without me asking tighten a faucet.

Everyone I dealt with was amazing. Had a flushing toilet due to a clog. Called in the afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They called back to let me know a place opened up and they could send somebody right away. Dylan was professional, kind and comprehensive. He answered all of my questions, thank you Dylan and shared some understanding after removing the makeup tube that resulted in the clog!
They utilize a notification system to text/email you with all updates which is extremely beneficial. Great company. Will gladly do business with them again!

I suppose they figured I wasn't going to do my own homework.
$4,200 bid to get a forward tank replacement. . .nothing complex, simply sticking in a contractor grade, 75 gal unit. Over $1,000 over other bids.
Watch out!!!
$9,000 for a retrofit into a Rinnai RUR199IN. Close to DOUBLE what other pipes have quoted me. Yikes!
Also, $286/hr for assessing any plumbing problems in the home.
Black Mountain Plumbing have been they billed me $39 for the honour of coming outside AND BY FAR the most expensive. . .the only company of most them who deemed it reasonable to charge for making a bid :/
My 75 gal tank has been near the end of its lifetime. I opted to call to bid the job to retrofit at a tankless unit, or to either replace the device that was 75gal.

Easy to set up appointment, plumber has been friendly, on time and managed to repair the issue. Would definitely recommend!

Great job. John and did exactly what was required, explained my choices, and Eric were very thorough. I have used Black Mountain Plumbing 3 times and each time they've gone above and beyond. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks to the organization and crew. Great all around.

Adam was a lifesaver!! Our shower handle broke and I have several plumbers telling me it would necessitate altering the valve inside (over $1K fix ). Adam was able to replace the deal without messing the tiles along with the valve saving us lots of money. He was patient and persistent in getting the pieces that are broken out and our manage functions like a charm now. Thank you!!!!

3. Upon assessing water heaters on the internet, I see there are many water heaters and there are a few with warranties.
I could have saved myself $500 to $1,000!
Black Mountain Plumbing has done a great job on two previous occasions. Professional, courteous, searching out for our good with pricing, as clients. They have our confidence.
2. It becomes clear that I paid for a 6yr justified unit after I got an invoice with the busted out figure.

This the encounter was comparable but my 3 stars is related to the sum of money I ended up paying + the fact that the water heater includes a 6 yr guarantee invoice and the quote was given to me.
I obtained a replacement that was quick without performing due diligence and understanding the comparing and quote costs and went with my gut trust.
1. Bill and the quotation did not break the parts and cost out - it was a lump sum.

Had a flow outside my house. I had to shut off water to avert a major leak. I Called them at 2:30 in the afternoon and was advised that wouldn't go towards the repair and it would be 290 diagnose the issue and to show up. I get that it's a weekend and there could be additional fees to be paidoff. However, this was crazy. I asked the man to have a look at a photo of the issue to make sure he could fix it so that I would not be out $290 for nothing. He did but then I was hit with a estimate of 700-900 because the hose bib is connected to a pool feeder. I called another plumber that I have used who billed me half of the cost and said thanks but no thanks. I know expertise or service, but would be careful relying on the business to provide you with a fair cost on a weekend.

I had several issues with their efforts to fix a bathtub faucet that is leaking.
Be aware that their hourly rate is EXTREMELY high. They have 2 fees; one for"diagnosis" and one for fixing work. The plumber couldn't fix the issue since he didn't have the part that is crucial. I needed to acquire the newest part. His diagnosis fee was NOT applied to its fix fee and the second visit. The second plumber couldn't repair the problem since he said I had a repair part.
As if the fee amounts weren't awful enough, the problem was worse following the work every plumber left and did the job.

This review is strictly for the woman answering the phone and her customer service. I predicted frantically asking if there were any offered for an emergency situation - my condominium was flooding and we could not get the construction water to turn off. She had been concerned about writing my final name down correctly - asked 4 occasions that are distinct to be repeated by me with a tone of voice. While my condominium was in 3 inches of water she had no sense of urgency! When services are rendered 14, all the essential info/payment is typically obtained by the plumber. A proposal for the business owners, please place urgency needs during emergency circumstances.

My prior plumber has been having difficulty following through with what they promised, so this is a huge improvement.
I had a bathtub replaced and there ended up being some extra troubles with the sub flooring (pre - they did) and they simply looked after it with no fuss.
These guys are awesome. They come when they say they will, prices are reasonable, and they make sure the job's done.
