I dropped the key to my own Sentry Safe that had of our papers and passports Inside. The lock Smith which makes a massive mess that was left for me to clean up and needed to drill the open, was quite professional. It cost $200 and that I presumed that pricy for 20 minutes work. Also they were it on time. Estimate delay was 20 min and it was over two hours waiting to me.

Would not recommend them wish we'd checked Yelp.
We called on a weekend for a locksmith to come out and locked ourselves out. The guy who replied stated he had been sending out. Juan telephoned me to confirm my address and said since he was already getting prepared to leave, he would be out in about 40 minutes. Twenty minutes and an hour afterwards, he texted to say he had been fifteen minutes away. Fifteen minutes later, he called and said he would be there in five minutes. He eventually showed up forty-five minutes an hour after he predicted. And no apology for being late . By then we might have had my parents bring a spare key from Galveston to Pearland for free, so did not happen.
They guy got it did not damage anything and opened quickly. Nevertheless, I asked how much, when it came time to cover, and he asked if I had been given a quote. That rang as strange to us if is not a fee for a telephone out to unlock a door, which appears to be the case with reviews. It had been $80 to have him open the door, which is not outrageous, but the wait has been crazy!

I phoned & we were told 20 minutes by a guy. Then another person phoned my husband's phone (mind that you did not give them his number) told us it would be 30 minutes. 1 hour after he showed was able to assist us. He was fine, however, the time was totally off.

Excellent quick service, was here within one hour of my calling....reasonable rates.... Would recommend!

That is unusual with my vehicle. I really don't have an electronic key, so this really is a security feature.
I'm so thankful I talked to Wendell and left that one call. He gave me a price and service. Im still looking forward to visiting his brick and mortar location to take a look at his or her firearm safes!
Honest guys! Great service, great Price! Small company, so I did have to watch for a little. But really, who hasn't waited for an Auto locksmith? It is the nature of the business.
I would have felt comfortable if Wendell Lee had shown up at 2am! They made quick work of this job once they came. He along with his female assistant, were able to get into the plastic steering without breaking .

Made an appointment in advance over a week and I ended up phoning Wendell following an hour of waiting after the appointment period. No one was about the way before this and did not have equipment to give cut keys to me. The service's price was also listed on the website. As listed to $30 on the website, the call out fee alone jumped from $19. Since it is already beginning to bind highly frustrated complete as I had to go outside and make keys and will have to replace the cylinder. I do not set up reviews bad or good but that was infuriating enough that I felt the need to tell others.

Amazing service very kind and overall. Honestly helped me out big time that I lost my keys at work they helped me right out with no difficulties and showed up. I truly enjoyed there service and will be calling them if I need help with anything else!

Awesome Fast Reliable Service. They're TOTAL LIFESAVERS! Very friendly and an Expert at what they're doing. My car keys were nowhere in Blackburn Locksmith and site saved me! I had a question and they came back to walk through it even though it was late. Please telephone them! Your telephone call will be answered by them in which you get a recording. It was a fair price ! Thank you Blacburn Locksmith. Now, I had such an encounter with them I needed to share and give them 5 stars!

So we had to find the locks re-keyed dropped his secret. Blackburns was predicted by us and talked to Wendell. . .he sent a man out to our office (do not recall his name) well, after the man left, I noticed when I attempted unlocking our back door, I could not take out the key, so unlocking my rear door was impossible. Wendell was phoned by me back and tell him what happened. . .he afterward had the man that did the job back and tell me that's how the door is supposesd to be. I advised him that was not true and he stated he'd call me back. Never heard back from him! (shocker) I then called Wendell back and that he then refused to fix the door and will not return my call.
A few weeks before, we had some body servicing the security for our door while he was here, and I asked him about our door. . .he fixed it and let us understand that the individual that installed it, didn't do it correctly. I wouldn't reccomend anyone using this business, they don't stand behind their work and their job is not done.

I understand each company is at liberty to set their costs, but an individual should honor that request if a customer requests a quotation and last price of a service beforehand. If I would have known they were planning to bill this exorbitant price (mind you the first cost they attempted to bill was $125) for a girl who earns $90 for cleaning a home, I would have waited to arrive at my office and look up and consult other companies and/or locate an option with her employer to reschedule her cleaning date.
I was clear from the beginning that my mother requested that I be called prior to any service was supplied to ensure what the last price of this service could be and didn't talk the language. None of my orders were honored and there was a third party contacted to provide the service he does not service!
The chance to have referrals, although they haven't just lost a client.
I was told that the price would be $35 for the first hour and $15 for the visit when I contacted the company. Something that appears reasonable. I was told the locksmith could arrive within 15 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes I followed up with the locksmith, seeing I hadn't heard from him and he said he had provided service and after I proceeded to ask him for the price and why he hadn't contacted me before servicing, he informed me it was originally $125 because he had to drive from Alvin to Friendswood to service and that he was contracted by Blackburn's if they didn't have sufficient employees or any time a place was off the vicinity of their service area. Again, I contacted Blackburn's because they were located in Friendswood, according to the address reiterated to the owner that took and supplied on Yelp.
I wish I would have read the reviews below. This company doesn't honor the price nor the requests of its clients. I contacted the business when driving (the reason I failed to completely read the testimonials ) to assist my mother, whose non-English talking with unlocking the property where she was cleaning at. I asked to be called from the gentleman servicing to ensure she knew the price that was last before agreeing to anything. While the locksmith did call me to reconfirm the speech, as he said he would he called to follow up once he arrived at the place. The man servicing the place took advantage she was flustered and that the language was not spoken by her and a nervous wreck as this was a new client. The locksmith who said he was from a third party company,"Country Care Locksmith" first told her he would bill her $125 and came back to $87.25 after viewing she would not budge with that price. I asked twice he call me beforehand so that I could fully translate for my mother prior to any transaction happened Although this locksmith did speak told me.

These people are crooks and liars. I had been locked out of the house plus some guy shows up an hour and proceeds to bump my lock. I said do not locksmiths drill the lock. He said"oh hell, so that could take me two hours"! He jumped to pry my door open with a crowbar and that is how he"opened" my door. The door is torn from the framework. The framework is cracked from top to bottom and also the lock plate is turned horizontal where it had been vertical. I researched the damage and paid the guy. I could not believe it! I called naturally and talked to"Wendall" he said....said he's the owner and could send me a test. Haha joke on me! These people don't make good on their sentence or apparently anything. I've been lied to again and again and again. And given the run around again and again. Go out and learn until you call these guys to become a locksmith! In addition they reveal on BBB.org there have been several complaints and none have been solved. Crooks and liars...
