Tony the business owner arrived quickly and responsively. My spouse and I had a jolt in our primary line, which began to back sludge up to our shower. After attempting snaking out the tub drain 3 times; Tony immediately diagnosed us and advised us to wait patiently till morning where he could come first thing to fix us up. Before he left he vacuumed out our shower, and headed out. The next day Tony arrived only 15 minutes late. He let us know he was sorry for not arriving on time.

I came across Blue Drop and Tony after unsatisfactory experiences with other plumbing firm. Contrary to other companies, Tony is the technician that comes outside and remembers his clients. Other plumbing companies have a call service and supply . Irrespective of the work these"additional" plumbing companies will try to charge you a minimal because these plumbers have to share their revenue with the call center. He can also is very fair with his pricing give since Tony doesn't do that. Contrary to other companies I never know whose coming to service my institution, with Tony's Blue Drop of the history of the ceremony and stands with his work. I strongly recommend trying out Blue Drop. Feel free to mention Scott. In addition, because he understands issues arise at all hours of the afternoon, he works around the clock and doesn't attempt to justify and control an exorbitant fee.

I also called him if a tenant property needed bathroom and repairs. . His office known as the tenant, scheduled an appointment, and I was phoned by them regarding each issue to approve the fix.
We had a late night emergency bathroom clog and Tony the owner came personally and fixed the issue. In an industry in which you don't find too many companies, We found him to be reliable and he did not try to Upsell us once we informed him. . An issue another firm lent us $12,000!!

Tony is a methodical, professional plumber who takes his time and finds out the best, most economical solution. He is considerate, leaves absolutely no mess and is accommodating beyond expectation. And when he's fixed the issue, he remains a little longer in order to recheck his work. He takes great pride in knowledge and his service and it's well-earned.
In both circumstances, Tony, the owner, reacted immediately and setup the time despite it being a vacation in one situation and a weekend in another to come.

At least, when he arrived here, not telling me not calling back till 7 hours , and then he will reschedule within an hour together and then change his sentence!!
When she called, she explained Tony said that, because he does not operate on faucets and shower heads can't be worked on by him! Really ?! Then when I called, nobody said that?!
Changing shower head is not but is among the simplest things a plumber does! He needs to tell that on the phone at start if he actually does't operate on this staff!

I have called them, made appointment at 4:45 for Friday. Not nobody showed up, I did not get any call esteem them not coming. I called 5, 5:15, nobody replied. An hour after, a lady said to me Tony can not come and answered the phone, he's busy somewhere else!
I found this place by recommendation I was so happy at last I find a reliable location that is excellent!
As soon as I said I need to modify my rain shower head was $55. He said it's more work than he thought and it will be between $160-200 when Tony arrived now. I chose to work according to $55 and got other location. Anyway, since I actually needed it to be done, I recognized to pay it! He explained he does not have necessary tools , he will call me for an hour.
Again, I got no telephone. I called two hours after, the lady over the phone told me she'll call him let me know. 5 hours later, I called again since I got no call . She told me she'll call me!
