Fast, responsive and reasonably priced. After a few problems they were phoned by us. The came out the following day and difficulty was resolved at a reasonable price. Great old fashioned customer service.

This is definitely the company if you need a plumber & a fast identification to your plumbing problems! They are an example of what every business should be like.
I've used them. They are timely, efficient & kind. You would never know because they put everything back 15, that a repair happened! No need requirements.

Horrible BUT HORRIBLE experience with this company, we've dealt with them for two decades and they caused nothing but problems at one of our possessions.
After they just destroyed our backyard ( to force me to pay them more cash ) to the tune of $7k more than the $3k we paid months back this was a total SCAM, but is nice since we will seek legal avenues to bring them DOWN if they less expect it.
We were very leery by paying him beforehand when they deceive us 100% by altering something that was never a problem in the house WE WERE SCAMED 100% DO NOT BECOME ANOTHER VICTIM contact me if you want to help us go after them and MAKE THEM PAY.
PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. PLUMBER CONMAN John E Blosser, just and Their own President wants your cash beforehand not to fix any of your issues but to create new ones and actually BIG ONES.
We're also reporting them with the bbb as companies like this are those that prey on honest people with PLUMBING issues and they just take avanish of their TRUST we put in themin the name of the IMAGE he sells very nicely OF BEING a FAMILY own company with over 60 years in the community and many unhappy clients.

We'd Bob's come out at the problem, which has been a leak somewhere in the line from the meter to the home, after getting a $700 water bill. They discovered the flow, dug it up, and fixed it for a price. Another company had desired to replace the entire line, which was likely to require trenching through my lawn and driveway. Bobsaved me many thousands, and's saved the day! So happy I called them.

Had Bob's Pipes come out and replace my water heater. They did a great job and came on time. Really professional. Special shoutout. Great customer services.

Within the hour, we set up a new bathroom and had a plumber come and assess our requirements, then return. He functioned quickly, and was polite, efficient. The new bathroom was set up in a flash and works amazing.
We will keep doing so, and have used Bob's Plumbing for years. All fantastic!!! :)
We once again, frantically, I phoned Bob's Plumbing (bathroom tank had cracked and spewed water all over our property!)

Desired to have a leaking hot water heater known as the on Friday to get a quote was advised they would have to telephone provider, no call again. I called again on Monday and was advised I'd have a quote from 5 pm, no call again. I called again on Tuesday and Alecia told me she needed to make a telephone . Over an hour after I finally got a call and it was the maximum bid I obtained. I can only imagine what their support is like if their customer service is so poor. CG

Simply Terrific...As we went through meetings with plumbing contractors we had been referred at Bobs Plumbing. The project in general read estimating the strategies, and implementation. We could not be happier . The men were available for guidance, questions and explanation and always communicated well. They let me know beforehand when they saw before it became a cost to us, problems that could be addressed and read specs. Furthermore, if there was a minimal price add that could enhance the job they advocated it i.e.; insulation of the overhead piping into the baths makes the cold /cold along with the hot/hot....big progress!

Third time I've wanted a plumber. Next time I've called Bob's. Bob's is my first, and final, call when I want a plumber. Professional, thorough .

Had a sewer pipe with a very difficult accessibility and hopeless to snake. I was satisfied with the service, although the occupation required three trips and some thinking. I've interacted with three plumbers and I lean and the owner or manager were a pleasure to work together - straight forward and educated + they were on time - every time! That has not happened for me in Miami. I will certainly be using them again.

Bob's to my rescue. After a gas hot water heater improperly installed and no warm water for over a week and fighting Mito Plumbing, the original plumbing co.. Bob's Plumbing representative John was a breathe of fresh air. Very respectful and professional. John came out to my home that a county inspector wouldn't approve the petrol co and that the original installation turned off my petrol , within hours. The original installation was performed improperly and due to CO2 leaking, the gas firm turned off my petrol along with the original Co.. The owner of mito was quite unprofessional and stated we would have to pay additional charges and didn't seem to care that CO2 was leaking into my garage and myself and my children were in a situation. John in Bob's together with his helper Scott got right to work. It was great because John asked me to send images of this work before hand so that he knew what to bring to the job had been back in action and had the installations in place. Thank you John for putting me back but most of all Thank you and keeping me and my loved ones safe!
