Bonafide Lock & Safe

Very high marks! I had to re-key my home and stopped in here. The staff in the store were helpful and polite and completely explained my options and gave me options for keeping down the entire costs. They got me for the following day about the schedule.
The technician showed up on time, got the work done fast, and the cost was fair for the work done. I would use this company again.

They have a nice little shop with a great deal of unique safes both used and new. I'd use these guys again for sure.
We just moved into a new home and wanted to change the locks. I moved into their shop to pick a new lock and Wes advocated rekeying it. I opted to have one of their locksmiths instead of bringing the lock into rekey.
Chris checked out things and showed up. The lock was formerly on upside down and he flipped over it . He checked the mechanism and well. All for a little over $100, that was fair.

Appropriately named. This really is the real deal, with employees who guide you, and actually know their items. We are very lucky to have this resource.

Experienced and support and terrace door manage to include a lock, and also substituted back door knob to generate all barels fit to 1 key - glad he could make it happen with stock onto his truck. Overall 300 so it feels pricey to get a locksmith however we got an answer to a situation. Might get first time is estimated by a couple.

Unless you seeking a locksmith that provides rude customer service, is borderline incompetent and charges than costs, look elsewhere. My experience with their technology left a lot to be desired. I'll take my future business elsewhere.

I just purchased a house in Kirkland and called these guys to re-key it. They did a fantastic job! The tech knew everything there was to know about locks and was quick and effective. He gave me keys in a jiffy adjusted the everything that was lubricated. I'd definitely recommend them!

We'd Bonafide replace a lock that only stopped working and come. We were quite lucky that somebody happened to be home when this happened we all would have been locked out of the house!
Hector came economically and promptly replaced the faulty area with a fantastic explanation as to what had happened and ensuring would be fixable in the future.

I will bet many of you understand what I am talking about although I will not mention the viability of this R-Ripoff company. I called Bonafide and the price they quoted was the price I paid. I bought a protected from Bonafide Lock & Safe yesterday and could not be happier. I'm one of those individuals who researches purchases to death before I bought so I did my homework. Bonafide's costs were slightly higher than the internet price that is very best I could find. However, what took the buy experience was that the people. Hector and nora are the proprietors of the business and that I had been fortunate to get to use them. I talked then and to Nora double on the telephone for one hour in there store asking of. Nora was considerate and patient with me and answered. I can't remember how often she thanked me. Hector delivered the experiences and my protected continued. The main point is the price but the experience with the people really took it ! Thank you Nora and Hector!!

Moving into a new home and needed some re-key and lock service. Bonafide having local presence in Issaquah was my first choice and I'm happy it was. I was able to schedule an appointment fairly quickly, all costs, service charge and cost for gear was clearly explained along with the appointment was promptly scheduled. Abi was there on the market through our allotted time took care of business quickly and clarified situations for me to think about. Very considerate and expedite service. Will recommend Bonafide for sure and bring them my business.

I had 4 locks and looked for a locksmith. Bonafide was made the decision on by me and could not be happier. The service was reasonably priced, professional, timely, and friendly. If you require services that are locksmith give a look to Bonafide.

Simple as it gets! I needed the cut that was blank and ordered a duplicate key for my car on line. Due to the attached transponder to the first, I got lots of feedback (my automobile's forum and other recorded mobile locksmiths) on how complex it might be... whether the new blank is steel, has to be laser cut . 1 mobile locksmith wanted me to go to their Everett shop where their cutting edge machine is located (I am in Issaquah mind you). Price varied to more or 150 when I had to take it. He explained 20 bucks and showed the gentleman my keys and walked into Bonafide, disappeared along with my keys in the trunk and arrived back done. I now have a pair that was new and moved the transponder and moved home. Simple and reasonable!

So excellent! I have a roof rack and we lost the key-hole and the essential was rusty. The man at Bonafide found the key came out to my car to assist. He utilized a spray to get the lock working again. I was so grateful for his patience and willingness to assist. Will definitely call on them.

I had the lifeless blots on our home re-keyed. The guy working there was very friendly and nice and took care of us. They function better then 11, after him re-keying them all.

Wished and moved to rekey 1 lock. Bonafide helper gave me cost on telephone of $65 for service call and $22.45 per lock. But when technician arrived, more charged. I told him exactly what I was quoted, and he refused to honor it. Do not like tricks. Don't call.

The locksmith, though unsure if he can replace it easily, succeeded in creating a new secret. A and this spare for only $26. I couldn't be happier.
If they can replace I went to see. Without the key, I could not eliminate the rack or fully open the hatch. The key was round, not flat, when it was even possible and that I expected to pay $100 or more to get a brand new one.

Delivered and installed and gave me a price on a protected it. Nice job!
