I'm a new homeowner and literally all in my home keeps breaking. I've felt like I've been at my wits end. Dave came out and helped my water heater drains, level it, change some of the piping and the air vent out and elevate it. We also had to purchase a part. He came back to put in the component!
Dave was awesome to speak to and very knowledgeable. He showed me what he was doing each step of the process. As a woman it is nice to feel like somebody is not trying to make the most of you.
We called and were told it'd be a 70 trip charge for someone to come to our house. Dave walked into 20 minutes diagnosed our thermostat had gone bad -- even tough it seemed to be functioning fine and in the door. He handed a bill for $150 dollars to us. Are you kidding me?!?! I understand the trip change OR the identification fee, yet to need both is a rip-off. Do not bother calling this company.
What a fantastic experience! I have had pipes work done in my house by large businesses which were way overpriced and less than forthright on what needed to be done and the price that would be charge. Heating and brad pipes was great. I opted to use them due to the reviews here on yelp and because it was a local plumber in Golden. Dave came punctually, was quite friendly, and quite knowledgeable about the work to be carried out. I asked his opinion about what needed to be done and he had ideas and did the repairs pretty. I will surely be using heating and Brad pipes in the long run.
I have had boiler issues for the last several years. Two of those"major" businesses, both big advertisers, the guys they sent up could not fix it. The first charged tens of thousands of dollars, the moment I sent away when it was evident they didn't know jack. Then I phoned Brad Company. Dave's wife advised him to come up and 2 hours afterwards, the problem has been solved. An existing part was set up. He seen it, repaired it and no issues. It's a true pleasure to deal with an honest business and an extremely knowledgeable professional plumber. A reasonable price charged for a fantastic job.
I phoned Brad Company and they were out within one hour. Dave explained things to me concerning removal and the replacement and was professional. He gave me a quote up front and considering I left town and it was a crisis, I agreed to the ceremony and went forward. The quality was outstanding. I was somewhat concerned that due to this time, I may have been charged a bit more. I hope that's not the case. I am just glad it was all taken care of in a way that is professional and speedy.
I only called to have an estimate as they keep the receptionist and freezing said Brad Company doesn't do that type of work to be moved. Really? Then they shouldn't have it advertised on their website.
I called Brad Company since my furnace needed fixing. It's hard to find As it's in a crawl space. The man suggested that the furnace needed to have some wiring fixed and a part and arrived right on schedule. Then he gave me a quote. He functioned on the furnace for a few hours and came out the following day with the part that was brand new. Eventually he came in and explained he was sorry but he was not able to fix the furnace. He asked him what the fee could be and he said NOTHING. Since he couldn't mend it I wouldn't be charged anything by him. I didn't believe companies like this one existed . I would recommend this company for anybody who likes good honest service.
Had a pipe and repair that is desired during a heavy freeze that is really busy week. Dave made it as promised and was professional and did fast work. Recommended.
It was simple to schedule an appointment. Dave showed up on time and explained the problem (that in my case was awful news) so that I knew. He cared - did not hurry, got the ideal parts, etc. - in fixing the kitchen sink plumbing and double-checked the work we had done before he arrived to be sure everything was done properly. Iam pleased to recommend the company and'm very satisfied with the support.
Maybe it was another website, although I discovered Brad Company Plumbing & Heating which I thought was on Yelp. I managed to get scheduled by Carol and called to get an estimate. Dave showed up well over the 2 hour window and gave me a very reasonable fixed cost quote. We called our plumber which we utilized in the Highlands and their bid was high. I called Carol back to program the job and she managed to get Dave out the following day between 1pm and 11. Dave showed up at 10:55 (amazing ) and immediately got the job done and enhanced some of our existing elements to our gas line, as a courtesy and free of charge. I enjoy that they do a cost bid versus a hourly deal, as well. Our cost went up a bit, but that is also we didn't have a gas tank he picked it up and because Dave was nice hook up our brand new gas stove. It is great to have good'ol fashioned work done by a small ensemble.
