Called this service night. Rob set very clear expectations, showed up within 15 minutes and spent about 5 minutes working on two locks. Very professional service which I trust I won't need to use but which I sincerely recommend to anyone.

These Men are the best - I've used them and they always go the extraMile for you. You also require it keyed and if you have a lock, they can do it no matter. Look no further, if you have to enter a lock that you don't have a key for. I can enter any location I want, bar, store, houseand disable the alert no problem. hahaha

I had a lock repaired, I called Patty and probably annoyed her with the number of times I called back( communicating with my father about getting it fixed), but she had been patient each time and communicated well as to when the lock could get fixed and she had to order a kit for this. The term is generations....My Grandmother and my Mother only employed Broadway Lock Co. because of their locks and keys. So I suppose you could say since I was a kid I have been visiting them.

The team in Broadway lock are great! When I closed on my condo, they arrived to change my locks around a year and a half ago. Super helpful. The person I dealt with twice now has taken a great deal of time to attempt to aid me in a circumstance. I've spoken with a great deal of locksmiths who just said"no" and wouldn't explain why, but these men have dedicated some time and gone above and beyond to attempt to help.
They weren't able to repair my situation, but I know that it's a tough place. I lost the only key and I do not have anything or codes to attempt to replace them.
