We'd left the keys at home to our travel trailer 300 miles away. We left a message at 7:45 Al and AM called us . He was"on it" He came, as promised and had us in only minutes. By the way, did I say it was 38F outside?
He was professional, great and fair. Give them a phone ; BTW, you need to wait for their calling system so you can leave your message to pick up.
We lost the one remaining key for our mailbox. Al can within a couple hours of my phone and we had a lock and keys in seconds. He was a locksmith and personable. Price was less than anticipated. Highly recommend!!!
Al, the proprietor, came to my home. He had been on time, conscientious and professional. He fixed requested at the quoted cost the deadbolt lock. He made sure everything functioned flawlessly and then fixed the lock. He adjusted another door lock at no additional charge. When required, I was very happy with his service and will call him again.
I feared the worst, when I needed new keys to replace keys for a 1965 Plymouth. There were two recommendations sources for Bruce and Joe's, so I called. Al was quite cooperative at working my schedule on, and did excellent work for quite a reasonable price. He cleaned up all the locks on the car, more than I anticipated! I would advise Al to all!
I needed my locks rekeyed. . . It wasn't an emergency, but he had been there immediately to take care of me..He was friendly, only a very nice man..He did the work fast & neatly..And although I haven't had this done before, the price seemed very reasonable for what he did. .
If I need a locksmith , I will certainly call Bruce & Joe's. .
I predicted late Saturday night and Al arrived Sunday morning. He was in rekeying my lock, knowledgable and helpful. Plus the cost was very fair. I will definitely be calling him, if I ever run into lock issues again. I strongly recommend this business!
