Gavin came over in the window of time I had checked my escape and available. He was courteous, professional and really concerned about my escape! I give him 5 stars and would recommend him to all of my friends!! He fixed my escape . Thank you Gavin!!

Ken and his staff have been helping sewer line clogs clear because 2015. San Mateo homes have sewer line. Met and showed him the issue back. He made a CD and did a camera review for price that is fair. Then afterwards, whenever the problem occurs, I would call him. He/one of his staff will be there when possible the exact same day or following day. Clear the clog, cleaned up the litter form very professional and the clog. I really don't need to be home. The only caveat is Ken. So if the clog occurs on the weekend, then I want to find a backup. Luckily the clog doesn't happen anymore after neighbor removed their huge tree.

This is actually the second time that this business helped us. We had a significant escape from a sewage pipe behind the wall. Ken stopped the flow to quote on the initial visit and showed up. He and decrease the business shutdown time to open the wall and his crew then worked around our schedule, fix the pipe, replaced chunk of wall and then refinished the wall in TWO DAYS!!! They put back everything tidy and neat.
We are grateful for this kind of efficient and job. All his crew are extremely nice. Definitely recommend!!!

Called late Friday afternoon about a kitchen and utility sink, they work M-F so that this was pushing it to get someone to come out on short notice - but they did!
Really pleasant guys, very professional. Ran a super snake throughout the system to get everything flowing. Once done informed me that the older concrete utility sink was busted (and showed me the flows from those cracks) and advised holding off replacing any parts until the sink was replaced at some stage later on. .

Excellent at each level! I had a kitchen faucet and my bathroom faucet and shower valves replaced. So polite on the telephone and scheduled a hour window. Miguel and luis were right on time, polite and professional! They explained they were going to do and finished the job perfectly and quickly. Great service at a cost that is fair. I am happy I have a plumbing service I can count on should the worst happen. Thanks so much.

Last week, we had a kitchen trash disposal issue, and as stated in previous reviews, the Bullseye Plumbing staff were excellent in getting it properly diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner. Prompt, professional, very knowledgeable, and comprehensive in fixing the immediate problem took care of some other sewer pipe issue which would have produced a problem in the near future when they hadn't captured it.
I would highly recommend Bullseye Plumbing, in addition to a special thanks to Luis and Miguel!

Ken and team (*Luis) we're called Friday and responded immediately--our sump pump was not working, unbeknown to us, and through a totally unrelated experience we found we had a foot of water beneath hour entire house--which can be rat proofed but maybe not so good from a water percolation standpoint. Our visit Plumber told me to phone Bullseye because he had been booked on a job. Ken did an excellent job, pumped out the water and replaced the sump pump. Great thing too since you are able to imagine the humidity within a occupation from Bullseye and the home by the water good now.

Had Ken from Bullseye Plumbing come to my house this afternoon Not only did he show up right on time he was well prepared and quite knowledgeable. In less the 15 minutes he found the sewer difficulty (city side of the sewage ) and he helped me to create a cell phone video of the main problems. Now I can show the city precisely where their sewer pipe gets origins entering (almost every 4 ft ). This is such a load of my head, we were advised by a different company that our main sewer line under the house had to be replaced....at a price of thousands of dollors.

Ken and his staff are fantastic. Very professional, gave a quote and incredibly responsive. Highly recommend them. We had the whole sewage line from our basement to the city line replaced - major work, with tree removal, asphalt digging/replacement, etc..

I had them last week out for a sewage issue just when I was bombarded with work and personal troubles that came. Ugg. He solved my issue, came and called back asap. And gave me an appraisal of how to manage/fix the issue term but did not pressure me to proceed it. And gave me the lowdown on how sewage lines are handled vs cities in the Peninsula by Burlingame. And, and, and. Great info.
Bullseye Plumbing has been my"visit" for almost any sink, sewage, water heater, etc problems for 5 years. I gave Ken and his group 5 stars in Feb 2012 but have to update and reiterate how great Ken is... personable, knowledgeable, prompt... and his team is great too. They do great work.

I spoke with Ken, the owner of Bullseye Plumbing, yesterday when we discovered our crawl space. He quickly sent out Luis who diagnosed the problem (corroded pipes) and several flows.
Sal and luis came out at 8:00 AM sharp to replace the corroded pipes beneath the house. They have been thorough, courteous and prompt and I know that the job was done with the highest quality.

We would highly recommend Ken with Bullseye plumbing. Working together with all the Sewer Lateral Program through town of San Mateo, we picked the"lowest bidder" to substitute our sewer line.
The low bidder turned out to be quite a low ball bid to get our business and as soon as they got the price was increased by the job substantially. Kenbeing a man of the word, assessed the job correctly the first time and also in reality had the lowest bid.
He was quite courteous through the full procedure and completed the job in a timely fashion, he also has the best guarantee. We would highly recommend Bullseye plumbing and beware of that one bidder, if something sounds too good to true

I was contacted promptly, and Dan came out to find our escape. It was complicated so that we knew and he took his time explained on the way, and was amazingly beneficial. I truly appreciated his honesty, the various options we were given by him as far as fixing it, and also we had our estimates the following day. We anticipate utilizing them in the future.

Have you ever wanted to hug your plumber? I had what appeared to be a significant bathroom clog that I had tried to fix ways. I phoned Ken, who installed my bathroom. He came right out, unclogged my bathroom rather fast....and at no cost! And I know which BIGGER!

I bought faucet sinks while waiting for the shower enclosure. He did the install on the faucet also! All done within one hour!
