For a emergency congestion we contacted this company on 8/26/2018. He ran a cable through our lineup and cleaned out congestion, 15 feet. I paid $525 for it.
I was advised by him conduct and that he went to reunite a camera to locate the problem. I contacted him via text message (saved snap shot photos) and that he never arrived to run on the camera. I contacted him several times and he said he would come by on various dates. Each date he provided he NEVER came by. I never got a diagnostic of exactly what the issue was and clearly feel like I have taken advantage of becoming desperate for a woman and the weekend. Considering all the five star rating customer service would be thought by you could be prestige.

Max installed a shower enclosure which I had purchased. Could not have used over $75 value of copper fittings and pipe. In and out in two hours - $680. After he was gone I had to bury pipe back in the wall before tiling and reset the valve that did not face forward.

Max not only managed to squeeze the humidifier unit in the hvac system (the space has been super restricted ), but also helped us with adjusting the work that the prior owner's builders did. He had to go creative and the result is incredibly satisfying and impressive. It's also worth mentioning that his work is cosmetic and neat as much as it might be which is so rare today.

I had help removing an old garbage disposal and setup of a InSinkErator Badger 500. I called one location and the operator was rude. Had another plumber come to the home just to give me yet another over the telephone who was charging as much and a ridiculously quote. Max was amazing. He gave me a quote for an excellent furnace and arrived. He arrived back (came on time) and also did a great job replacing our previous heater and making sure all the connecting parts were installed correctly. He for? Highly recommend.

I asked them to repair my heating . He found out that the issue was a lockout problem that could be resolved by resetting the electricity upon coming out to my home. He gave a few suggestions, and did not bill me for this simple repair. I will go within this work with them.

I wish I could recommend, but at least I cannot. I called this Business on a Sunday and the best aspect was that he came out and did not charge for his review of my Dad furnace. However, he could only guess at the reason and told me the part was 250 (if it is on Amazon for $29) and overall repair could be over $350 and no warranty it would fix the issue. Although I love him coming on a Sunday I felt he was interested in selling us a new HVAC unit compared to fixing the current one. Ultimately, repaired by another HVAC business two weeks after for under $180 (Monteros). It was a bad Sunday.

Great phone consultation! Called Max a few minutes ago and left a message and he called me back. I had a slew of questions for him about my heating and he had been patient in answering all of them. Was knowledgeable and generous with sharing his expertise. Will definitely use his services.

Truly support. After installing an Ecobee 3 Lite thermostat, which forced installation of a Power Extender Kit involving the furnace control board along with the thermostat cable, the furnace fan ONLY served but with NO fire: therefore, no heat. We're hosting a dinner party of nine the next day - Sunday - and - preferred to have the house comfortable. Maximus came to our rescue, solving the issue and appearing immediately the next morning.

Max was always on time and very quick to react. I am writing my review considerably later than I meant to but can now say (nearly a year later) that everything is working nicely.
I strongly recommend Max for plumbing and heating. I had him remove my old water heater, install a tank water heater, install a dishwasher and to the place move my washer and dryer from my kitchen and install a garbage disposal. He did a great job. I would say the most amazing part is that I didn't go without water. I cannot believe how efficient he had been. In addition to all the plumbing, I had him replace the function and install a new heater.

Max the proprietor is a operational and really knowledgeable plumber, he's done several projects for me: he set up a water heater at my business, which some plumbers I contacted did not know how to do.
At home, a drain has been cleared by him on a weekend and fixed my water heater. He shows up on time or lets you know that he is on his way if he is running. I highly recommend his services!
