I called Monday we're back to normal using water, Tuesday.

Wow!! Kevin and the team in Water Heaters Only are AMAZING! So professional and so expert in their field! For reasons and mad architectural our setup had to be very spiritual and Kevin had undoubtedly the best approach and a very trustworthy manner during the proposal period.

Alex came into my sister's location to replace her water heater that needed to be particular order since the gas fluke was around the side. From begin to finish alex was professional and answered all my questions. Ask for STEVE! I had the pleasure of working to replace our old water heater today. Steve was polite kind and super helpful. I must have had a dozen query or so and he was patient enough to reply every one of these. Steve worked right for 3 hours and did not take a break. I felt awful as I have lunch and wanted him but he was so focused on giving our hot water to us - he did not need to stop! When phoning Water Heathers 9, Steve is highly recommended by me!

Pleased with service and quality. For many reasons our water heaters broke down every 4-5 years but since these men installed 9yrs ago, it's still working well till we do not have hot water. Areas quote 1200-1500 to replace. The service man only found the pilot was outside and relighted with no cost! Happy and stay loyal client!

Service cost. Out heater went out on a Sunday. Called Sunday morning and they really answered the phone. Asked me a few questions that were intelligent and also scheduled a tech for Monday. Tech gave me an estimate, surveyed the situation and came out. He then went outside, got the water heater and installed it. We had water from 2:30 PM. Additionally, they have been great communicators. The tech gave me an quote of his arrival time and called me. He was articulate, cordial and very knowledgable. You can't go wrong with this firm!!!! Yelp allows 5, although I'd give it 6 stars.

Such an amazing service. My hot water heater died in under 24 hours I've a fresh one. Francis, the technician, was magnificent. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and an all round nice man. He went over what happened to the hot water heater to make sure me that I, in fact, wanted a fresh hot water heater. Considering this I think this is worth every cent of the price tag. I know this is considered a first world issue, but I like water and not having it was an imposition. To the proprietor of water heaters only, I expect you know you have a gem in Francis.

I recall a shop in Manhattan called"Light Bulbs Only". Significant joke: they offered lampsthrow other items that I can not recall, rugs, mirrors, and pillows. The"Just" was a hint.
Mirrors or no rugs or light bulbs to be found. Plus they do a damn good job, presumably.
I just had Kevin from Water Heaters Only come out to perform cleanup and upkeep in my 3 Rinnai tankless water heaters. One is on the roof also requires ladder accessibility, another is in a utility demands climbing over stuff and shed. Kevin just did it. Tankless water heaters require cleaning quit working and or else they fill up with crud; the secret is to remember to do so while they are still working so you do not have a emergency.
Kevin had character and did good and rapid work. My dog liked him immediately rather than barking. And the charge was reasonable. I can not envision calling any other firm.

My water heater of 13 years broke and with it my heat. They came and replaced the water heater for the price they quoted in the timeframe they lent. The water was back, but my heater didn't work. They for free installed an air release valve and that repaired my heat instantly and came back. They are pros.

Kevin the repair guy came right now. Where platform had be cut, gave me quote for the job and components fortified. He completed it timely and did a great job. Honest man and very trustworthy.

These guys promised us that the low flow we were having our water wasn't due to our hot water heater, when we conducted but have to have been a different plumbing issue. I ended up spending some time and money having two plumbers investigate. One man was here for hours. The conclusion - lines moving into the hot water heater. If they had been educated and never blown off us we would have had running water and never been out cash for invoices that were plumbers.

Kevin did a huge job fitting and estimating us in. He was fast, but thorough and I'd recommend Water Heaters Only, particularly if you have a complex job. Kevin even identified that a water pressure issue unrelated to the installation.

My Bradford White would not relight after petrol was restored following a short outage. When I called and asked to talk to a technician, Nick seemed to have a good knowledge of my own water heater and created a diagnosis over the telephone which turned out to be correct. Alex came at the beginning of the"window" I had been given, confirmed the diagnosis, and had the pilot light assembly replaced along with the water heater back in no time flat. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Water Heaters Only offered me a Rheem 22V40FN gas water heater in November of 2013 and over a couple of years later just the thermocouple of the water heater was gone out, causing the pilot light to head out. As soon as I called Water Heaters Only, they could not come out for two days. Funny how when you require a water heater they could come out but if you need a fix it requires days. I called the same day a second vendor who could fix my heater.
Please be aware: Save yourself a lot of trouble in the long run and NEVER BUY A RHEEM WATER HEATER!!!
