After checking what I became suspicious that the leak was in the crawlspace and began looking for leak detection solutions when I got a referral from somebody else to get Shoreway plumbing. Great service and reasonable costs
I hired Shoreway Plumbing into pre-test a sewer line for City inspection. Mario Garcia came out to assess the situation. He is knowledgeable, reliable and professional. He traced the line; went to file the licenses and met with the inspector. All went smoothly thanks to Mario and his understand how. As I don't live in the immediate location, I was very thankful.

So, the company explained my problems would cost a few thousand dollars to repair. I called Shoreway Plumbing, and they identified my problemsThere was a within my water heater that needed to be substituted, and the flow in the condensate drain could be fixed by replacing the aluminum pipe. They fixed all my problems . That included labor and parts. They unclogged two made some minor repairs to sinks, drains, toilets, and faucets around my house. That single visit fixed about 10 plumbing problems, including the condensate leak problem, along with the water problem.
I've a Navien tankless water heater, and it started to get a problem where the water would be warm for about 5 minutes, then it would chill off to a warm temperature. I called a different plumbing business to diagnose the issue, and they said I needed a new water heater, after scrutinizing the system. They also stated there was a defect in my warm water recirculation system, and that I would need to repipe my recirculation system. Wow! My water problem would costs a few thousand dollar to repair!
I really like Shoreway Plumbing, and I'll use them for all my plumbing needs! Here is my story...
I trust these men, their prices are honest, and they know their stuff! I would strongly recommend them! I will be using them for all my upcoming plumbing needs.
A flow was also in the condensate drain line for the water heater. The pipes company said because it would require drilling a hole through 6 inches of solid concrete, and operating a separate drain line, it would be costly to repair.

Oscar fixed it and managed to locate the problem. He was also very considerate.
Somewhere around my water heater revealed leaking, but I couldn't find it, so I contacted Shoreway Plumbing. They discharged a person .

I only had my house repipped and that I can not be more ecstatic that I called Shoreway! Mario was fantastic! We called technicians prior to obtaining a recommendation from a different company for Shoreway Plumbing. Mario was very professional, and managed to come out on time. He managed to repair our kitchen sink fix our disposal, AND , our bathroom sink clog. Thank you!

I've used Shoreway to replace leaky taps. Both times, I was able to get an appointment straight away. Initially, they came on time and was able to replace one faucet immediately. It was pointed out that my water pressure regulator had failed, as my house water pressure was over 90 PSI while there. They came back later in the afternoon and replaced the ruler. The second time, Oscar, and three taps where replaced redid so they functioned the sink drains. The further charge was nominal. For all my plumbing needs, heading forward I'll use them again.

Wow - so I called Shoreway because it might be the only builder available on weekends and know nothing. Abraham F. was on dispatch was SUPER useful and though the business was to close in 30 minutes, he carefully listened to my issues and offered great solutions - like connecting me to their sister firm Bayshore. He assured me that a tech would return to me and one did. He called back to make sure someone had reached out. Discuss service. Thank you!

I am asking Shoreway to thank Cesar Ventura who functioned my project from conception to installation. He did a professional job. Thank you Cesar.
According to having had Shoreway install a hot water heater and my diligence, I am recommending them. They're not the cheapest bid you will get as was mentioned previously. But if you're like me, then leave the plumbing in the hands of experts.

Update: Douglas and his crews finished the re-pipe work less than two days! They were fast and efficient. Douglas, job! They took another day to repair and put back all the sheetrocks - nicely done ! Reggie worked with me for the standing and City review's program - another job that was good! My experience has been fantastic! Highly suggested!

Reggie and his associate and I met to get an estimate to get a sewer lateral repair. They were professional, honest, prompt, and understood what they were referring to. They have a detailed quote with diagnostics and description of the work that would be accomplished back within the day to me. Reggie also called the city.

After a few days of will-it won't-it toilet flushes and shower drains, we hit a crisis point last night right around dinnertime. I called one of Yelp's best-rated in Redwood City, and he referred me to Juan, while unable to fit me . They assured me someone called me to tell me when he had been, and would be out shortly.
Frank was super-professional and favorable. He arrived in half an hour, and was giving our main line the augering of its own life within 10 minutes. We've got an offset from the pipe supporting the cleanout (one-way, naturally), and bizarre access positioning; it's hard to work with in the daytime less at night, but he cared for all singlehandedly with zero drama.
Although I expect I will not have to for a little while, I'd feel great about calling Shoreway again.

I requested a quotation on yelp to have a toilet faucet replaced by Shoreway Pluming along with different businesses. A estimate was provided by shoreway and was able to come another day so I went together. They we very professional, did a good job installing the faucet, and friendly. Once I have plumbing needs, I will call them later on.

As we've hydro jetting of the sewer line 23, I send in a request via yelp together with the description of the work. The estimator I agreed on an estimated price for 2 hours. He promised they won't go over that price. When the tech, Oscar arrived at the gate, his first question was what is your agreed upon price. He told him he immediately said the price he said the estimator gave was wrong and gave me a price which is double of what was quoted me originally. This can be cheating!

I didn't use them but they were instantaneous... gave reasonable quotation and were very professional.

I hired these men based on all the positive reviews however we had a terrible experience. To start with they had been the quote that is most expensive so we hired them but we were desperate. I repent it. Reggie was and that he did not appear to understand what he do. The city inspector did not pass the review. Hire a professional and we needed to spend money to get the review passed. I am not sure how this business is currently in business.

Shoreway was picked by me because they had been certified for a Takagi water heater along with the online reviews were good. Because I was advised by them it would cost almost $ 300 to scrutinize my water heater, I was nervous, and labor and parts would be charged on top of that. I envisioned a massive bill. Cesar came (early, thankfully ), and noticed that we did not need the review... he could just fix the area on the exterior. He told me up front what labor and the part could cost -- all significantly less. He did left everything and clean job in great form. He took the opportunity to describe every thing to me about what he'd done and what we should search for, (including explaining all of the ways our pipes was installed incorrectly by Regina Plumbing), without trying to upsell me on anything. I also asked if he could replace a bathroom part which I thought was broken and he showed me he could just adjust itwe did not even need a part. So, I offer him a massive thumbs up because of ethics and his honesty. If I've any plumbing issues I'd call these guys again in a heartbeat.

Juan and his team are outstanding. He helped us with 2 plumbing projects and we are very happy with it. They also installed a water heater and the city inspector said that it had been one. Highly recommend!
