I met with Alex that the next day. Turns out the problem has been solved with a simple reset. Took him to fix it. And he walked me through how to do exactly the resets he did. He was asked by me about maintenance and life length of this Entry, he answered my questions and was quite knowledgeable.
I leave reviews but this is essential! The garbage disposal in my house ceased working as if the power is disconnected. I contacted roughly 6-8 locations on Commando and Yelp was 1.

The joint we paid to fix leaks, UPDATE; now a couple of weeks after. We've contacted another plumber.
In Trying to dismiss the price because of the damage, Victor stated a figure but the bill was different (higher)
Plumber left glue primer stains on our stucco wall and coated steel roof. Neither could be repaired.

We got one additional quote, which has been slightly less (about 5%) but involved several shortcuts (e.g. reduced pipe size) and has been obviously 10%+ less effort. We had been clearly impressed with the plumber who didn't wish to take and estimated our job. We selected Alex and Commando.
We bought a home about a year ago that turned out to possess a labyrinth of sewage pipes underneath, the majority of which were cast iron. Thanks to all of the twists and turns plus rusting pipe walls, we began to have sewer line backups. We accepted that it was time to replace our older sewer lines.
We've found our plumber!
Alex, who runs among Commando's crews, did an exhaustive examination below our home spent quite a while walking through the problem and our options and arrived at our home. He gave us an estimate for days worth of work, and earned our confidence.
Alex arrived on time every day and was able to schedule our 3-4 day task quickly. He temporarily attached everything to permit us to use bathrooms and take showers. His team worked unbelievably hard and so were all polite. Alex himself was terrific to work with respectful, and exceptionally clear about what was happening, where matters stood, and what the next steps were. Businesslike and very outspoken.
All in all, Alex and his group were extraordinary. He also fixed a couple of things while he was here at no cost, we happened to remember, and most significantly was friendly and honest throughout.
The team worked extra hours to complete the job early (very welcome when you can not flush toilets during the day!) , then Alex walked us through everything that was achieved, what to expect and test going forward, where he lines if we had any issues, and also things to do.

We had. We called Commando Plumbing and they shipped Alex to give us an estimate. He discovered there was a larger problem with our plumbing becoming old and leaking and moved into the crawl area. During my conversation with him, I found him experienced and very knowledgeable. He was able to describe the main cause and also answer all of my questions with patience. I trusted him right away. Because this became a project, we also referred to as a more plumbers highly rated by yelp. They were being pushy, or sent an individual rookie, or quoted a higher cost. We decided to proceed with Commando Plumbing.
On time, Alex and his staff came on the day of the undertaking. They worked on the plumbing and fixed the issue. My kitchen sink today works great and I've brand-new pipes. Certainly a high five to his group and Alex. Thank you, Alex! You'll be my go-to individual in the future.

Victor (with whom I had been conversing over Yelp) arrived promptly and got right to work. By placing cloth runners down from front door into the bathroom, he accommodated our home. He emptied and removed the old toilet, verified that the clog was in the toilet (not from the drain below), and installed the new toilet, all in about an hour! He confirmed that everything was working perfectly until we settled up. The price was exactly as he'd quoted.
One did not reply. One was inaccessible to your requested service date (three times out). Five desired to schedule an appointment to evaluate the problem before giving a quote. (I understand why it makes sense to come on site for your own quote, but obtaining the quote and then needing to decide on the spot whether to move with this particular provider isn't terrific.)

Victor even asked if I wanted to touch the wall up paint until he installed the brand new toilet (since the old toilet was flush against the wall, making it impossible to paint behind it). This was considerate, and that I loved the care he took in our home. I really hope to never need to employ a plumber ... but when it inevitably occurs, I will proceed with Commando again.
I had a toilet and I also wanted the toilet replaced. I contacted nine technicians through Yelp's"Request a Quote".

Alex out of Commando plumbing was fantastic! He came right on his trip was quick and useful. Our problem was solved by him in a matter of minutes in the kitchen, and managed to give guidance on next steps to get another irrigation problem in our back yard as well. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend! :)

Super friendly and professional. My tank less water heater stopped working. Victor figured out fast what it was and clarified the issue. He had the replacement components in hand. Changed the components and worked fine. He descaled the water heater. The price was very fair. Way better than other areas trying to tell me that a replacement that is complete was had by my heater on the telephone. Highly recommended and will surely use them again. Thanks!

OMG, Alex was amazing! I called three plumbing companies, because I had several jobs around the house that needed doing. I had been afraid that it was going to be expensive, and I wanted to find several quotes. The firm wouldn't come outside to look, but gave me a base cost of $600 based on my description of those jobs, saying it would take a minimum of two to three hours and could be a whole lot more than that. The firm still has not called back.
Alex was out here two hours or less later I cared for every one the jobs in half an hour and called. Even better, he really showed me how I could fix one of the problems by myself. And best of all, the cost was way less than what the dude had quoted me. I AM SOLD ON COMMANDO PLUMBING, and notably Alex!!

While I didn't end up picking Commando Plumbing because of my own water heater replacement requires they were amazing. They were quick answer all my questions to respond to my query and supply a very competitive price. They were eager to adapt my needs' urgency . I would strongly suggest them.

HUGE SHOUT OUT to his group who saved Christmas for my family this past year and Mario. Not only coming out to free my house of backed-up sewage, but who did so affordably and timely.

Mario made my afternoon. He came on time. Fixed my problem quickly and required the approach that was best. They would be highlu recommended by me!

To make a long story short, the estimate was shown to be low-balled and the quantity of work and materials would most likely be way higher. We agreed that the danger of the required thought. So the work sequence was cancelled by us.
I can not longer alter my previous inspection. New information: after agreeing to a proposed solution to the' no show' issue, we rescheduled the service. The guys showed up on time on a holiday (July 4 th).
The reply of everyone at Commando was very professional. I would now have to urge them. Sometime it requires a problem and its settlement to judge a company.

My kitchen sink leaked. Based on the reviews, I called Commando Plumbing. Mario was good! He was specialist arrived on time, figured out that the problem, and mended it. I am SO happy I contacted them.

My options were to return it back and call it a day, as I guess this may require eliminating the entire bathroom from the floor, or to get some professional help.
I would have Commando plumbing on my quick-dial moving forwards for plumbing needs that are future - I believe have may have a few jobs coming down the pipe!
Everything was clean and spotless and couldn't tell that we did some work. While getting our bottoms cleaned my wife are enjoying warm butts!
I opted to give Commando Plumbing a move based on the reviews and also the proximity late on Wednesday night - I was amazed that a few seconds after I filed my odd question that someone called me from Commando Plumbing - it was Sam, the owner! He was familiar with the problem and said he would have the ability to get someone out there that the following morning!
I bought one of those Toto Washlet bidet toilet seats from Amazon, hoping that it would be a breeze to install it myself on my present Toto toilet. Nevertheless, as soon as I got it, I realized that I had to unscrew the water from the tank to attach the T-valve that provides water to the Toto Washlet chair. Alas, the plan of the Toto bathroom has the attachment point way up in the rear of the tank and that I could barely get my hands to arrive there unscrew it.

Our plumber showed up on time and fixed our sink that has been a problem. It works excellent and we'll surely call them back if we have some problems.

Later he and I connected, mario came within 15 minutes. He is intelligent, professional and efficient. The job was done quickly and thoroughly. Loved it, highly recommended!

I obtained a quote after I my email petition by email the day. Mario from Commando arrived on time today. He was professional and very friendly. After listening to my requirement of getting my two sewer clean outs to stop copies (I had a bad only 3 years ago), he suggested a better and more economical way of accomplishing it. In addition, he suggested to use a camera to inspect the pipe. He ended in a short time. In the conclusion, I was cleaned and I learned the state of the sewer pipe for less cash than I had originally estimated. I'll phone them!

WOW! I particularly need to give company and my money to Vets who served our nation. I am impressed with the professionalism, service, courtesy, specialist plumbing wisdom and honesty. Neighbors are searching contacts for providers and COMMANDO will be on the very top of my list. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will be calling again for additional plumbing demands for certain.
I saw the ALL 5 stars for Commando and am a big fan of Yelp.

The men did a good job I went through my list of plumbing issues that are delayed using David to look over, anticipating another appointment. I had. I was advised by dave some solutions and take one step at a time. He re-plumbed the kitchen drains which were clogged, installed new better pipes, checked my garbage disposal out to be sure I didn't need a new one. Solved most everything in a day at a very affordable price. Monster price and travel time is charged by plumbers. NOT Commando.
Then David and Chris came soon after to put in a new bathroom. They were meticulous in cleaning the area prior installation. Heaven understand what lived under a bathroom. They attracted a much better quality seal. They installed valves and bend line. They hauled the bathroom off.
