My support tech (Adam) was wonderful. He contacted me to let me know the total amount of time it'd take to get to me, again to upgrade me then we set about replacing my Nissan Altima Key Fob. I called the guy, we place the time and day, we left the bargain and agreed to a cost, the tech showed up with imperfect records , even he did not have his driving license that was valid. So, the impound staff didn't allow him to go within the Pound (he was supposed to visit pound to generate the copy key for my car). He forced me to deliver my car beyond the pound to pay to the tow truck. He did not bring the documents in the first place, therefore he left me there stranded and helpless. And never picked up my telephone, so it had been last day so I needed to pay more money to tow my car into my location to a-lot, to release the car.
