Beware! I suppose I saved $100 on a lock that I did not want!!! If you are on the marketplace for locksmith services and need to deal with these men do your homework and don't go by what they tell you.
These men will say anything and customer service is horrible.
I had called them to replace/repair my door lock. The man who came substituted the lock with another lock that was not the same size. When my wife noticed that it wasn't the size she asked the guy about it and he told her that it is a custom lock and also need to be ordered. He told me that the lock he put in was the custom lock and 315 and would cost me roughly $430 to substitute. For want of a better choice, as my old lock was in a terrible state, I agreed for them to substitute my lock with the so called"habit lock" and paid a deposit of $215. They also agreed to leave until they received the custom that was new lock they'll order the lock they had installed.
Finally, today I managed to speak and eventually called them for the very first time. I don't need to have the custom lock and wanted a refund although I told the person that I am ready to pay an additional fees in addition. He told me that they're not likely to issue a refund and I can continue to keep.

The same lock for $100 Home depot. I called them numerous times to let them know if they haven't put the order 26, that I don't want their custom lock . Their customer service kept telling me that the order for the lock has not been put and that They would call back with info. But they did.

Called to rekey 6 locks . Quoted a little after giving them count and makeup over $200. Website says take charge cards, also says address is in Flower Mound Kohls department store. My wife stayed home to bargain with them. 24/7 mobile locksmith showed up. Wouldn't accept credit card just check or cash. Said my Schlage everyday door locks using a couple double deadbolts were unique and $19/lock was currently 49.95 for every set of pins (8 total). Also $90 labor charge to service charge that is quoted in addition. Charged $115 for dual deadbolt and $65 for locks that were single. I could have bought new locks. Called Central, 24/7 showed up following telephone from lock about appointment, has telephone number which is not answered and bill shows Avenue Locksmith. Go ANYWHERE but to those men.
