I revealed that the shutoff valve coming out of the wall for my hot water was awful and replaced the faucet. The plumber we've used previously came , looked at it and said he did not work on aluminum (what kind of plumber does not operate on aluminum?) . Since it was first Friday evening by now that left us in a location. We was surprised he would be able to come by around noon and chose to phone Centurion Saturday morning. He stated he was on the way and predicted 10 am. Very effective and polite and certainly understood what he do.
I would definitely utilize Centurion and would recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a plumber.
Over 10 minutes Raul had recognized the problem and we were able to make the fix. Due to Raul our water bill is 50% less and our yard is finally dry.
After buying a house in October we realized that there has to be a water flow next to our house. The ground has been saturated and the ground made it impossible to even walk on. Two Orange County Water technicians along with a different plumbers assured us it had been a leak in our neighbors system, and advised me to"have them fix it".... But ends up that they were wrong!
Hopefully I will not need a plumber for some time, but once I do... Raul is the one I'm going to call.
Can not say enough. I never write reviews. This guy came to my house at the last minute and fixed my bathroom for me. Kind. Friendly. Don't go everywhere!
I had a consultation with a man named Raul to get 11am, at 11am when he was supposed to be at my house I called him to see where he had been and he said he hadn't left his office but would return to me at 1pm the latest. At 1pm I called him to see where he had been and he said he was 20 minutes away and got on to the 417. I attempted to express my discontent with the problem and he raised his voice over the telephone to mention, DO YOU WANT ME TO SHOW UP OR NOT. I told him we had to reschedule for the following day at 11am. The following day rather than arriving at 11am he woke us up and got to my house BEFORE 10am and shut off our water before we could wake up. I am not delighted with raul's disrespectful demeanour and I will give him 0 stars if I could.
I had been having problems with low (really, no) water pressure and a bathtub blockage, and Centurion came out the next day. I sent out a great deal of messages, and I liked that they responded quickly. They fixed the problems that day over the hour they estimated, and it's SO much better.
