Champion Lock & Safe

As the Security Supervisor of a defense contractor in San Antonio, I phoned Champion Lock and Safe for all of our physical safety requirements for many years. They are amazing! Their work stood up to government scrutiny and we never had a issue with whatever they set up. I'm not at the defense contractor, but I wanted a locksmith to re-key all the locks in my new residence, as well as install some fresh deadbolts, etc.. Of course, I called the business that I knew I could trust. . .Champion. They got to work and came out just on time. Because I failed to purchase deadbolts, Champion had to return a time, and they were as instantaneous. The quality of workmanship at Champion can not be beat. Their locksmiths are extremely educated and polite, and they're open to the"oops! That was forgotten by me. . .can you do this. . .and perhaps this?" Type of questions. I discover that their pricing is fair and they stand behind their work. It's been about 8 years now that I have worked together with Champion, and I would never use anybody else. You can expect them to be lonely in your house. I swear by Sam and Mike, and thank for hiring an excellent team Rene Maldonado!

I recently had a job or purchase they stuck to the deal and it took more than the quotation and that is exactly what I call a business.

Very considerate service. I had some keys made and he got me in and out quickly. Cost was reasonable. Keys worked amazing.

Extremely friendly and fast support. Walked in with my key and my sterile and they cut it in under 2 minutes. With payment and chit chat the process took 5 minutes! Thanks!!!

Jay and his son came in on their day off to help my key cuts and plan to my 2012 Chevy Sonic that broke. They went above and beyond to assist me all for a fantastic price! I will gladly reccomend them to anyone needing their key cut / programmed 10/10!

My key broke off in the lock on my scooter chair, this shop was very beneficial. They took out the key that was broken and had me a replacement in. They're professional and friendly. If I had to say anything negative it would be I couldn't find a ramp to get into the shop ( I was in my scooter) nevertheless they stepped out and helped me out it was a great experience I suggest that you use them.

Very helpful staff, we are all set to stay over 6 to get task and open to reschedule. I found them reliable and reasonable. If they followup a bit better, would be awesome.

Very individual and competent locksmiths. Each time I get renters, I change the 3 out locks in the apartment so the old tenant's key won't function for the new renters. Champion Locksmith has been trusted by me, and they have been around to get the job done right. Thank you!

although I hate to leave a review I caught this location at a terrible moment. Badly understaffed because of classes that folks & work there waited in shop with nobody in it. The child that purchased my primary Fob from didn't have the attitude they couldn't, and when I went to pickup Fob & get it programmed without unsyncing out my present Fob. Without getting issue 11, I was there near 2 hours. I went everywhere and got it programmed without no issues, although poor man with a bum leg indicated it was a problem with the vehicle. I'll give the staffing problems the benefit of the doubt, however, the programming dilemma was unsatisfactory.

I set an appointment for 10-12:00 and in 12, I phone and the guy tells me they're running behind schedule. The guy was in the bathroom and he would call back. He did. Then I call and they told me they would appear whenever. I am not paying $ 200 to operate in my safe to them. The owe me $500 for the time I took away from work...

Sam knocked the rekeying in under half an hour out and came in earlier than expected! I'd certainly use them again for almost any issue I may have in the future!

It is a great location. I needed fob programmed and extra car key. I took one purchased elsewhere and they worked with it. They were unable to get one of those buttons but the and key cut to begin automobile are perfect. They are cheap and a good job.

Came in and service has been prompt, price great. Strong experience.
Needed to receive my ignition rekeyed believed they were stolen. Called a lot of locksmiths and got a ridiculous range of prices, champion quoted. I think they were the locksmith I predicted that really listened to me and knew that the service since the prices were high I wanted to perform.

Fantastic customer service, very nice and prompt. I strongly suggest giving this place a shot for locksmith demands that are related or virtually any lock.

I had a lock cylinder rebuilt and bought a heavy duty lock to get a storage container. Spent about $60. The lock wasn't large enough so he swapped it out another day free of charge. I have used. They treat me.
